the reason behind junk food and high caloried food in the marines is, they need to consume a minimum of 5000 a day and you are required to attend 3 meal minimum in order to keep up with the workout requirements!

because 5000 calories is about 20 large bowls of pasta..impossible to have time in the day to eat that.

or 50 bowls of porridge. or about 50 chicken breasts.

ok..lets say 10 chicken breasts, 10 bowls of porridge, 5 bowls of pasta. about 10 mars bars and guess what..thats still not close to 5000 calories.

its no bloody wonder all army personell are already kinda ugly/wrinkly/old looking ..like even guys in their 20s have grey hairs and wrinkles..etc.

the army doesnt know how to treat people rught and get the best out of them.
