thats FREAKY!! <y Husband has the same Macbook in black and at the left of the mouse pad it has seperated and at the right theres a crack and its practically identical to what has happened yours WOW!!!

What, you can get those MacBooks repaired? I have the same one, and have also found that the build quality is very poor for the price.

I really don't get why they'd make plastic ones at all. I think the unibody is really wonderful in every way, and the sooner they make the move to unibody only the better!
