I believe this version is from her debut album "Chloe" first released around 2002 (when she was only 13 years old) and then re-released in 2008.  As good as this is, Chloe has gotten even better over the years and now is absolutely outstanding.

Nightwish has fucked it up! This version is the best version I have heard with vocals on it. Simply because she has a childish voice , clean and soft,and that makes it believeable from the movie.

It's called the snowman

and its quite sad, but extremely moving
