These can be tied together in multi bets, by rollling bets from same start times together. eg Stars pay $2.05 against Canucks and Oilers pay $1.90 against Red wings. In a multi you get $2.05 times $1.90, or $3.90 for your bet. How does -/+ work like this for any bookies or even do you do 'multis' in American/Canadian.bookies
