how do you get two videos?

one feet one overhead?

thank you .. i used 2 cams like you said, one overhead and one for the feet..

it's a little more work to synchronize it in premiere or an other video editing program, but it's worth it i think :-)

and i also use close miking to the drums instead of the camera sound which really improves the sound quality.

that was pretty cool man...different from what other sevendust covers are doin.....i have to say though too many fills in the verse..but they were pretty killer..what kinda mics do you use?

thx a lot man.. yeah :-) too many fills but i was just freakin out .. haha

i used the cheapest dynamic clip-on mics you can get (20$ each ) on all toms, a sm57 for snare drum, a blue kick-ball for Bass drum (higly recomended, i love it) and 2 behringer condenser mics (large capsule) as overheads.

Mixed through a behringer mx8000 console

and recorded the stereo master to cubase

mastered with several vst plug-ins

(eq, ambience, comp, limit)

My drums are PDP FX-all birch set.
