I just bought it from the A2A site (A2Asimulations,com) for $20 instead of the horribly broken COD - thumbs up from me and the sound effects are awesome. Also the 2.11 patch is only patch needed..

So this game is as much of a simulator as IL-2 Sturmovik ?

@bartekbaree Oh yes, absolutely. In a lot of ways it's actually superior to IL-2 (the original, not CloD). The only 'downside' is that the game only focuses on the Battle of Britain and it's associated aircraft. No other theaters, no other aircraft. The (dynamic) campaign mode is out of this world, too...

Decep you get/check out IL-2 Cliffs of Dover? Still really buggy and much like ARMA was released unfinished and is still being updated.However the Mod community has a few unoffiicial patches that are alright.

@jedajmaster Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory. It's almost 10 years old but has been getting constant updates so it holds up really well. Awesome game.
