Snowing in Buenos Aires

Snow In Buenos Aires. I think it's a quite rare fenomeno. When it happened?

In Rome it's rare too. The last time in Rome there has been snow was in 1985!!!

The video is from July 9th 2007 and yes. It's very very rare to see snow here. I think it has snowed only two times. The first time was in 1908.
