I just realize that my fave thing to do is sit on the couch and eat or go out and eat. What is it going to be like when I can't look forward to ordering a pizza and kicking back and watching a movie? I go to the hockey games and drink pepsi and get popcorn. Now I'm just going to have to sit there and watch the game?? Madness! lol. I can definitely see why someone would become depressed in the beginning because there is a major part of your former life missing. I'm going to need therapy for sure.
I've been having this urge to smoke. I've never been a smoker, I've only tried it a couple times here and there over the years. I think its disgusting because it makes you smell bad and plus its expensive. But I just totally see myself feeling like I need to replace food with something like smoking. Wouldn't that be trip if I lose all this weight and then die of lung cancer haha. That would be my luck. I'm just really trying to figure out what I can do...like suck on lollipops or something.
Hi- enjoying your vids...am just getting ready to go for this myself too-my best Friend has gastric in mid August-3 months later she just hit 80pounds lost-she's had moments of regret....and just not able to figure it out but we both figured out that she is mourning her companion she (like myself) used food for every emotional reason and this entire 3 months has been very tough on her...but I am also seeing her spirits pick up. Its only natural to be down at times..but it'll get there!
Love the hair it looks so soft n healthy..the color really suits you....what was burning you? wires? congrats on the 90 lbs, you're doing so good! amazing watching you're journey, - Becca
Your hair is super-cute and CONGRATS on the 90 pounds. It must get easier with time to find better and better non-food comforts, right? Just give it time, I guess.
That's really awesome. 90lbs in 22 weeks!! Doesn't that just sound phenomenal??? Seriously. You're doing great. I hope I can lose weight at this pace after my surgery. If you figure out what to do instead of turning to food for comfort LET ME KNOW.
congratulations to you!! You look awesome!

It is hard, at times. But it is also amazing and completely worth it 99% of the time. I am so grateful for the surgery. You will be grateful too!

I was getting burned on the cord. The wires were exposed.
Thank you for the nice comments! My hair has actually stopped falling out as of 2 days ago! Yay!

I go shopping for makeup. It is a problem. Haha, but at least it won't make me sick!
