...Is it 6ft or is it 5ft 4"? who gives a toss its probably the best GLIDER ive ever seen and ive been flying GLIDERS for 35 years! Beats the usual style of glider hands down, thats why am currently converting a Robbe Concorde electric powered r/c kit into a GLIDER (no engines just incase your still confused out there) had a couple of test flights just a bit more tweekin and I'll be postin my video, can't wait for the comments !!

At first I thought it was a ducted fan model... But now I see that it is a home built glider... Very nice plane, looks like a nice place to fly... How are the break away engines held on with magnets or with pressure? That thing would be awesome with even just 2 ducted fans on the inside engine housings... I am impressed very nice model

@1Masterofwar Thanks for the comments! The aircraft has knock off engine pylons held on with friction AND magnets! It's designed to accept 4 ducted fans and one can get undercarriage as well for a rolling takeoff and landing when powered.

Fantastic model! Just wondering why you don`t include the undercarriage as then won`t keep breaking the model when landed?

@bigaallaann The model isn't breaking. It's designed to come apart like that to avoid damaging itself. undercarriage would be about as useful as a chocolate teapot on the hills we fly from!

A couple of clues for you... it's a glider i.e. no engine, therefore needs to be as light as possible! To glide you need either thermals or a good slope with wind. Most slopes are covered in heather, rocks, bushes... that sort of thing. These factors mean having landing gear is not a good thing! So, when you have an airliner with four big engines hanging down you modify them like I do to knock off on landing and not break off. So, no gluing, she goes back together easily and flies another day.
