I've seen faster, I was on the tram in Budapest, Hungary, and there was a kid with the rubiks cube and he done it in less then about 10-15 seconds. Hungary is where these things were made. Also, there is a chinese guy who puts his head in water and does it behind his back in about 5 seconds.

Just because you can't solve it doesn't mean it's not possible, using the easiest (but slowest) method to solve it, it takes me around 1:30 minutes, and i'm starting on the pro-method and i know i'll drop my time to around 30-40 seconds, it's perfectly possible to anyone, just takes a lot of memory and practice.
