  • Sweat belts are also called waist trimmers. Its supposed to make you sweat around the midriff so u burn more fat while working out.

I have a big problem with my tummy everyone in my family has flat stomach and big bum except me :( i gain weight everywhere and while i dont mind my bum and legs i haaaaaate my stomach i look preggo :( lol what can i do? i dont wanna lose weight cause then i would lose weight everywhere even on the butt area please help me! xoxo

  • I do this exercise but instead of touching with the toe, I extend the leg out then bring it back in. This will REALLY burn out your abs. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • I feel pain on the outside of my hips in the joints so bad crossin my leg over and lifting it! I do have problems with my hips joints though so perhaps thats why, but i definitely felt it in the abs too, i've been wanting a workout that i can really feel working for this problem for a while and i'm so glad you uploaded this! Summer body here I come :D

  • thanks great advice! i feel it in my lower abs when my left leg is crossed over but not when my right leg is crossed over, i feel it in the front of my thighs bad!! what am i doin g wrong???

  • @Prettygrlrock25 I have no idea. You could have muscle imbalances, overactive muscles, joint issues, etc. I wish I had the answer but I really don't. If it hurts then you may need to find another ab exercise that's works for you.

  • if you're feelin it in the front of your thighs you probably need to push your right knee a lil bit more down towards the floor rather than having it towards the ceiling .. hope u understand what i mean i felt it the same way u did and this helped me :)

  • Thanks for making this video, i've been working out and having lower back pain and I think that could be the reason. I would do abs at least every other day and now my back (lower) hurts for sometimes for no reason, usually stretching it helps but now I know what not to do! I really think that is why, thanks so much!
