the b vs k argument could go on forever, it all depends on if your old school or an inovator, i personally will rock a b series turbo untill its hard to find parts for the things. i luv the idea of displaying your turbo setup in the front of the motor

The most you would get by just throwing on a head with everything stock with no tuning, is 15-20 whp. So from 140 to 160 to the wheels is what u would look at from a stock LS-V, don't be a dumbshit

no dude.... dont go with a type r head especially if you are gonna change the cams or anything else... just go with the gsr or b16 head.... the b20 would be good... on a fully built motor its about a 10 to 20 whp change depending on the builder....
