@mi1kandc3r391 i think they're soft pastels (i've used them before and they didn't leave dust. and u can get them in office depot and etc in the art department/area), but i'm not sure because in art class this year we had chalk pastels that looked like soft pastels and they were very chalky and dusty, so it's one of those.

Aww, sorry for all the bad comments. Its a good rose, even though it looks more like a tulip. I think its a great hcatoony kind of rose and the only reason people wouls say this is crap is becasue they were looking for how to draw a realistic one.
