I'm getting this phone to use in addition to my main phone. It's inexpensive and it does what I need it to. I normally use my blackberry, but when looking for a phone to be simple and get the job done this is a good choice. I'm personally using it as a specific contact phone (for a small business) and so I don't need it to be all special and crap.

I friggin love this phone! It's cheap and the Virgin Mobile plan is only $25 a month. This phone is great for surfing on Opera Mini and for medium texters (like me). It has a decent camera and mobile access to Email and IM. I like the stylish design.

I do so many things on this phone: text for my bank balance, text Google for stock market info, call people (300 mins per month $25), surf the web with Opera Mini, check my Yahoo Email, send text messages and receive text news alerts.

terrible phone! i always push the side buttons when using it and to the 90 sec demos are ridiculous! and when you try and buy the full version it says you have to agree to pay for the vxl web just to pay for the full version game! stupid i also feel that i am not getting all my messages or phone calls so buyer beware, its cheap for a reason..the Oyster of old was way better..ps the "legendary" battery life is highly overstated..

This is a good, durable phone. I've had it for a while, the little caps er whatever that cover the ports have torn off on mine, but that's because I play with them. Otherwise I have no problems with it.

not exact, they use different networks. Virgin uses the Sprint network. Boost uses the Nextel network. One company, but two different networks.
