  • the first myth should be recalled:a recent patch ,akes sure only owner protoss buildings are chrono-boosted

  • and the air untis arent reveald

  • uhh wtf? u cant boost other taems buildings in real team games

  • @Shadow1234531 the only way you could get to chronoboost a terran building would be in a team game as zerg, if you neural parasite an scv long enough to build a command center (it takes quite a few neurals) and also neural parasite a probe to build a nexus, thus giving you the tech trees for all 3 races. Also, I just realized that I don't know if you can neural parasite an ally's units...

  • Ghost: Gonna nuke that sh*t up!

    Drone: F*ck! *hides in extractor*

    *nuke explodes*

    Drone: Trollface.jpg U mad bro?

    Ghost: FUUUUU...

  • anybody remembers day9 bashing on some terran player on mlg (think it was sjow maybe?) cause he didnt attack from the highground with his banshee?? HEHE mythbusters 1 .- day 9 0. ^^

    <3 to day9 anyway:D

  • when will you ever chrono boost a allies.. barrack ahaha

  • Good work

  • A NUKE IS COMING, QUICKLY EVERYONE TO THE EXTRACTORS!

  • if you neural parasite two hight templars.. they can merge into Archon?

  • can you neural parasite a unit that has been neural parasited? (stealing your own unit back.)

  • @Almighttim Or can you control your unit if you neural parasite the infester that is neural parasitising your unit.

  • what music do you use? they're awesome

  • extractor op

  • Love the vid, but music is a little upbeat for a game revolving around death (of the enemy, OFC)

  • Subbed.

  • I was watching these to bide time until the new episode of Dr. Who...

Just skipped it and watched through these

  • Also, I find it strange that air units get revealed when not having the high ground vision, but ground units on the high ground don't get revealed (except maybe tanks that are too close to the edge, but you still can't shoot them, only see them).

  • How can you chronoboost that rax ?

    It shouldn't work ingame.

Test it in a real game or something.

  • @Digifier As a Zerg, if you neural a probe and make a nexus, then neural an SCV and make a command center, you can create SCVs under your control, make barracks, and chrono them with the nexus.

  • @Digifier In 2vs2, terran and protoss allies.

  • @fernetalternativo

It used to work, but it doesn't work anymore, afaik.

  • Since Colossus are not technically air units, are they revealed when attacking from high ground?

  • for the first myth, when you chrono something then scroll over the chrono symbol in the top left it says "this building is at an accelerated rate" doesn't say produces faster.

  • Can you chronoboost a Carrier to make it produce Interceptors faster?

  • Chronoboosted scout rax is OP

  • Wait a minute, I thought they got rid of chronoboosting allied structures in the beta... HOW YOU CHRONO THAT RAX!?!?

  • @nlarew864 be zerg and controll toss and terra XD

  • Really enjoy this series! Keep it up!

  • Bust this: can a single DT ever kill a morphing nexus.. before it completely morphs..

  • Omg the drone-nuke one was cool!

  • The barracks one was in forseen

  • CHAD MOTHERFUCKIN JONES

  • @JamesAnderyourstruly Destiny FTW

  • Can you make an Archon out of two neural parasited templars?

  • @d3modawid No, you can't.

  • If chronoboost speeds up building movement, would it also make a terran building burn down faster?

  • last myth: but can the creep tumor spawn another one?

  • can you Mind control 2 high templars and force them to merge?

  • @kittykittyboy17 Oh, okay thanks!

  • What happens if you NP 2 templar and then merge them? Can you? If so, do you get the unit?

  • .. You should contaminate an 'active' creep tumour and see if it can continue making new tumours or not.

  • @aa7umopapisdn it cannot.

  • That creep tumor thing seems fishy to me. When the queen laid down the tumor, it was an already finished one. You need to contaminate a budding tumor and see if it will not complete.

  • The Chronoboosted Barracks was awesome! Do a Planetary Fortress next. It's supposed to have a higher rate of fire while under the effect of Chronoboost.

  • Can you make an archon with 2 NP templar :O

  • might be a dumb question but do banelings deal damage if they were killed by an attack?

  • @krzyxbne Yes, and if you kill it while using 'Graviton Beam' it will still deal normal damage to ground units.

  • @BengBug Does the same apply for ground range attack? lets say a baneling was A attacking a stalker, but a zlot was next to the bane. The stalker kills it, will the zlot be damaged?

  • @krzyxbne yeas, they do

  • @dairith wow, did not know that. that explains allot actually. thanks

  • Thanks for telling me that the two high templars that merge don't get corrupted as an archon. I really use a lot of corruption on high templars, since they are so strong and have so much HP.

  • @XplicitProject They don't choose myths based on how much they will be used in game; Rather, they choose ones based on the sole mechanics of the game.

  • First one was epic. I was thinking no. Then as I saw it I was like what? What? What?! WHAT?!!!!

  • these myths were all really great

  • Nuke lands.

    Extractor explodes.

    Drone: "Heh heh heh heh."

  • @AskJoel678

for some reason i heard that "heh heh heh heh" with the voice of mr.burns from simpsons :)

  • lucky fucking drone that gets to live :D

  • how do you chrono a barracks?

  • @rambofirstblood07 You play a 2v2 as zerg, and NP both a probe and an SCV to make a CC and nexus.

  • @ZaaaaaM7 you can't chrono allies buildings

  • First myth was awesome.

When the question poped up I laughed and said: "Obviously not, it only boosts production".

I wonder if that was intended or if that is a unintentional consequence of the coding

  • @Bumperpegasus it also makes a planetary fortress shoot faster.

  • @Bumperpegasus The way chronoboost works is that it increases the timescale of a building under its effect. Basically, everything about the building is "faster", for example, a chronoboosted Planetary Fortress should attack faster and a chronoboosted creep tumor may spread creep faster (unless creep spread isn't a part of a tumor's timescale).

  • @Bumperpegasus i think what chronoboost do is that it speeds up time for that structure in game. So i think it was intended

  • @Bumperpegasus obviously intended, you have to code something to change the moving speed of a barrack.

  • @Bumperpegasus psh i didnt even know u could chrono teamates

  • @Bumperpegasus Crono boost changes how fast the target is affected by time, so that means (Should atleast) that DoTs deal damage faster too.

  • @Bumperpegasus It wasn't unintentional.

  • awesome
