This was uploaded way before any ics launchers. In fact this video was uploaded before the galaxy nexus release in october. This guy got the phone off ebay with a prerelease 4.0 on it,  later the phone was remotely locked and wiped by google. IT'S NOT FAKE.

U can already get the rom from nexusshacks ..I try it and even my friend that had the iPhone 4gs loved it but my only problem was that I could not get on the internet with out the wifi but every thing else was the best for a beta version

This is not the new Galaxy Nexus nor is it purported to be. This is a developer's phone that got leaked/stolen and was remotely wiped by Google once the news got out about it.

Oh and as for the look of things this is pretty much the same as the release version just not as polished. Ics is going to have the holo from honeycomb but the main focus is not looks but compatibility across all android manufacturers and tablets, most of the updates are under the hood. If your thinking that this looks like cm7 that's because cm7 uses a basic android platform without any skins to the ui so obviously it will look similar.

The next step after this is in fact jellybean (quick google search) as for which phones get ics ....none this year apart from the Samsung galaxy nexus (codename nexus prime) then after that it will be Samsung phones for a while as google tend to give privilege to partners first. But fear not because most who have rooted phones should be able to use this before we're supposed to. This info isn't set in stone so please don't flame, but you only need a bit of intelligence to see how its going to go
