Who would file if they owe money in the first place?

I know $19,000 is ideal for a seperate check through Social Security. How would file tax returns if they owned money in the first place? $7500 ? or $5700 would be better.

Honestly, the so-called "Stimulus" Bill does nothing to IMMEDIATELY generate stimulation of the economy. My ROBUST plan would concentrate on the people's purchasing power. Some would be able to pay off credit cards and some would pay off other bills.

5700 for singles and 7500 for couples. Then again, IRS may not be doing its job in the first place. The Senate could revise parts of the "Stimulus" BILL and transfer most of the money into the REBATE checks. Smoking,condomn,etc. parts of the BILL could wait until we ALL see positive results in the economy.
