When is it acceptable to build a ROA?

@zeedan33 RoA should be you first item, and you should go something like boots 1 -> Cata -> RoA. It needs to come out fast since it takes time to charge up. RoA is particularly good on champions that need a decent mana pool, while also needing the tankiness offered by the HP. Swain is the perfect example. His ranges are short to require him to get close, and he is a Mana hog, so RoA is a perfect for him.

Your commentary is really good but i feel in a couple of situations you didnt watch it and didnt understand. for instance in a fight around 26 you said why burn cds on singed its because the trist was low they were not in the fight anymore.

@ThEgLoRy205 In that situation the bind was fine to use on singed, but because the bind landed, Tristana really didn't need to use her ult on him (she also had jump). She died anyway, but she should not have ulted until the singed flashed after her. But yea, that wasn't as bad a case as using CDs on him before fights. Since I do these live without seeing the replays beforehand, I definitely miss things and misinterpret events a lot.
