STUNNING FILM....this will last forever. A President (being human) and one of the World's great artists (of all time).A video like this will never be repeated.
3 of my idols Jack White, Dave Grohl and Paul McCartney on the same stage Na Na Naing my favourite song, I don't think it gates much better than this!
AND I SAW NICK&KEVIN JONAS ON THE STAGE------ I WANTED TO PUNCH THEM BOTH. THEY DISTURBED THE GENIUS OF SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY BY SIMPLY BEING IN THE SAME ROOM. :P
I love how relaxed Obama's daughters are with him, the way he puts his around Victoria's shoulder at5:08, then shereaches for him and hugs him right back. That's genuine, not conthrived...
Sir Paul still has it. I heard the lead-in to the ending chorus 2:55 - 3:02 or so, and almost cried. I've played it over about 10 times now, just that "better, better, better, better, better, better, whooooooooo!"
@gaaraofthelightning how could he know it was the mic next to him? the mic puts sound out of the speaker and theres no way he could of heard it over all the music. also how would he of known it was falling, u can bump into stuff without it falling. There is no doubt he seen it falling and with those dark glasses on that alone is amazing. If u had glasses as dark as his and i threw a ball to u, it would look like u were just grabbing at the air too, without being able to clearly see it.
@Msemospongebob Agreed friend. Its the greatest song of all time and frankly i cannot believe the guy's output during the beatles period.I mean most normal mortals would have settled for writing the most played song on radio ever..Yesterday..and remember he woke up with that song in his head??..i mean wtf!!Then he goes and writes this??.A real living genius of whom we're all lucky to have in our lifetime!!
@CosmoKrameryyz ikr! it's amazing to just wake up with a song in your head and have it turned into the most covered song of all time! a living genius indeed
Everytime I feel down I listen to this song to feel better, I'm not saying it does completely but it helps. Such a beautiful inspiring song, it brings tears to my eyes everytime I watch this performance. after so many years Paul McCartney still got it, wish I would've been there :)
WOW, I CAMPAINGED FOR THE PRESIDENT AND THE PEOPLE THAT WERE AGAINST HIM GOT TICKETS TOT HE INNAUGURATION LIEK CONGRESSMAN MEEKS WHO WS HILLARY'S CAMPAIGN MANAGER. NOW HIT MY LINK AND SEE THE TREACHERY & TREASON BY THE AFRICAN AMERICAN CNGRESSMAN GETTING CAUGHT LIKE THIS ON BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Such a beautiful tribute to a talented genius with a gift of music that has touched our hearts. I love seeing the President and all get up at the end to sing with Paul. Such an exciting moment.
Thats crazy that Stevie Wonder catches the mic stand after Paul McCartney hits his head on it. Also look at his mouth, its like he is saying whops as he catches it. He aint blind after all haha
Many blind people can still see what we could call "shadow". They see very very little, not enough to get by in the world, but enough to understand danger. Maybe it's kind of like radar, I don't know. But it's like a 6th sense. Quite amazing. What an amazing concert this must have been!
@deadmanhand Oh I agree. I saw Sir Paul receive the Kennedy Center Honor last night on CBS. Beautiful tribute. They did Hey Jude last and everyone in the audiance sang NANANANA at the end. I am a Beatles fan too so I totally understand how you feel. Is Hey Jude your favorite song from the Beatles or is it also hard for you to pick one favorite Beatles song?
Yeah, its not that the Jonas Brothers aren't talented, their music just isn't good. They were AWESOME at the White House with Drive My Car. This is coming from someone who really doesn't like their songs otherwise. So it boils down to that they're a talents music players, not writers imo.
Jonas Brothers are talented enough to play a Beatles cover at the White House, sure. Just don't let them perform any of their own music, because that's when the donkey ball smell starts wafting around.
I have to say, bashing the people in this video gets you know where. I have to say, this video makes me smile. The fact that they're share the great music, with people in one room makes me smile. The fact, that they have smiles on their faces and are having a good time. Isn't that all what matters? Not the lack of talent?
I'll agree with you on the Jonass Brothers, and their utter lack of talent. They suck huge donkey balls. However, I'm not about to diss a Beatle. Sorry. I understand that their music may be tired, but I actually still find it fresh on occasion, and I'm really picky. I heard some Pretenders today, and I couldnt get to the radio fast enough to turn it off. I cant stand Paul's current music, but his Beatles (not WINGS) songs are classics. Sorry, it's a fact.
@TheRealCritique OH PLEASE. Jonas Brothers, no talent? Why would Paul McCartney himself invite them if they had no talent? I doubt that you know more about real music than McCartney.
Just because they're a boy band and that they're with Disney doesn't mean they don't have any talent. Dick.
@novideos102 well obviously they don't have ANY talent, they just have minimal talent compared to the likes of sir paul mccartney, dave grohl and jack white.
@novideos102 Jonas Brothers are just a set of bible bashing retards with the same amount of musical ability as Ricky Martin. Fucking useless... On the other hand McCartney a true British hero!
Why does Seinfeld have to shove his mug into the Limelight, he's almost standing on McCartney's lap. Some of these celebs just have to horde the attention no matter where the venue is.
Who do these public servants think they are? Why should McCartney give the Executive Branch a private concert? What would the reactions be of the NSA, CIA, or FBI if McCartney were to give them a private concert, especially at Quantico?
This just proves there is absolutely no difference between politics, and showbiz.
Watch the end closely and see Stevie Wonder catch the falling mic stand! This is the version I originally saw. Why are there so many edits out there that show Jerry Seinfeld in that spot instead.
