Fedor problem is he RUNS TOO MUCH!!! He needs to stop running a lot because long distance running cuts your testostrone levels... Fedor heeds to jog less and lift weights... He could become the KING of MMA again he just needs better training methods

Fedor was a champion of pure MMA while Bas Pro-Wrestling (not counting quick UFC title).

fedor of 2005 was so explosive,so dynamic,so on point it was a spectacle to watch, Believe me i'm his biggest fan, but we have only seen a shadow of what he was only a few years, he doesn't have that edge that once had. Don't take me wrong, and this comes from one of his biggest fans, by it is over. Fedor was twice as fast when he was at the top of his game (maybe more), while having more stamina and 15 or 20 lbs of extra muscle mass then nowadays in his upper body and legs. In his actual conditions he can't be fighting at HW and he can't just get back his speed (almost 35 years old does this to you).

He talked about retirement back during Arlovski fight ... his technique got better but his body got worse. He ruled the Combat Sambo world until 2008 when he suffered his first loss. Since 2006-2007 Fedor has not been the same BUT . . . he said that he is hungrier than ever before... that he left Russia first time in many years to train abroad.

always changing their training regimen to challenge there bodies to a different level more and more, they are always getting results. Fedor doesn't do that all, he trains always at his gym with b class fighters,who don't immulate his opponent. i don't know if anybody trains harder but he always trains the same old way. If he only trained the way gsp does and dieted the way he did He would be unstopable still at heavyweight in my opinion. he's finally leaving his camp again for his fight with

fedor of 2005 was so explosive,so dynamic,so on point it was a spectacle to watch, Believe me i'm his biggest fan, but we have only seen a shadow of what he was only a few years, he doesn't have that edge that once had. I only hope he gets it back and know he can if he just evolves his training for once. Its a no brainer why he isn't the same. Every other fighter changes diet,brings in knew guy after new guy to there camps,guys that imulate there oponent,and constantly change things up to evolve

Don't take me wrong, and this comes from one of his biggest fans, by it is over. Fedor was twice as fast when he was at the top of his game (maybe more), while having more stamina and 15 or 20 lbs of extra muscle mass then nowadays in his upper body and legs. In his actual conditions he can't be fighting at HW and he can't just get back his speed (almost 35 years old does this to you).

fedor would destroy big foot when he was in his prime. he got old even his body and technique are different, he used to be the master of ground and pound now he is more of a boxer. he changed his style it is more exciting but i think he should stick to his old game of ground and pound

He talked about retirement back during Arlovski fight ... his technique got better but his body got worse. He ruled the Combat Sambo world until 2008 when he suffered his first loss. Since 2006-2007 Fedor has not been the same BUT . . . he said that he is hungrier than ever before... that he left Russia first time in many years to train abroad.

Prior to fighting Werdum, Silva and Hendo he only faced 3-4 top legitimate opponents in the past 10+ years. Majority of his career was spent fighting nobodies and sideshow freaks like Hong-Man.

Yeah they make great videos have to admit (have watched atleast some of theirs) amazing editing and so on... but to me they are just videos. Watching this man the emotions I get I can't get from any other video :) This makes me wanna meet fedor face to face and say "cmon man one more time!" and stuff like that it even makes me a bit sad that he lost those 2 fights ! Thanks mate, though I would suggest watching some other videos if you think this is the best, I recommend macinemen, gy videos, nicktheface2,shunsuk1fans ,KyleCoxTAMU and there are many other great highlight makers out there to which I have failed to mention. Their works is alot better than mine so you probably find a new favourite if you check them out. Oh check out Hello Japan too he is awesome :)

what a fearless motherfucker, fedor trading those BOMBS standing with silva. 99% of fighters wouldn't have made it out of that second round taking that kind of punishment but Fedor is different. it would have been insane had he pulled off that foot lock before the bell rang.
