  • It still breaks my heart Ron Paul didn't win. xx

  • nader should let his hair grow out!

  • As many third parties as possible should get together to form a new unified party to go up against the two party dictatorship.

  • We of diverse views can unify on those four points. Nader and Ron Paul disagree on a lot but that doesn't stop them from unifying on those four points which are the most important issues our country has ever faced. If we care about our country enough, we diverse people will unify despite our differences on health care, guns, etc. Our nation is in trouble, BIG trouble. I am ready to call anyone who agrees with me on those four points, my political friend.

  • In Congress, I don't see the legislative branch of government of We the People, I see the board of directoers for Goldman Sachs. When I see the Federal Reserve, I see a private corporation that has illegally and covertly been given the power to govern by the very entity our founding fathers created to protect the common people, our government. Democrat, Republican, Socialist or Libertarian: Fascism is the gravest evil our nation will ever face: Partnership between big business and government.

  • Who weeps for the family who will have to live the next 50 years on only 25% of their income because the rest of the 75% is taken from us by government and given to the very companies that brought financial ruin to the American people?

Where is the protector of last resort for We The People?

conducting soup lines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: Private corporate monsters created, empowered and even managed by our own government.

Partnership between big business and government.

  • Ron Paul is a fucking prophet.

  • Or a moron, hard to say which...

  • Is it your money?

  • Although they certainly disagree on a variety of issues, these two running together would get quite a lot of support.

  • Holy fuck. The most government absence and government regulation politicians in the sae room.

  • The key to bringing America back to itself and out of the hands of international money interests is to unite the left and the right for the sole purpose of reestablishing our founding principles. We can go back to fighting and name-calling later.

  • It's not name calling or fighting, it's just accurately describing their positions. Ron Paul believes in more government absence in the marketplace than any mainstream politician I've ever seen and Ralph Nader believes in more government regulation in the marketplace than any mainstream politician I've ever seen.

  • you missed my point. I believe that large international financial interests are a threat to the United States. Crazy lefties believe this. Crazy righties now believe this. If the left and right can be united around our threatened country, we will prevail. As long as the country is divided over red-herring issues of spin left and spin right, the un-Constitutional erosion of America will continue. We need to stand up to the globalists now. We can nitpick each other later.

  • I know... and they are friends

  • this is a joke hes not even listening "whos the worst of the two?"what a pawn

  • Ron Paul/Ralph Nader '12!!!!!!!!

What an odd team, but I believe that they would reunite America under the Constitution and make it great again.

  • Why are people too lazy to research a third party candidates?!?!

  • correction

    candidate

  • The same reason why they're too lazy to research the major party candidates they're voting for.

  • because they are made irrelevant

  • nader lacks of charisma.. ron paul is way better at getting his message across

  • they need to just run together

  • I was just getting ready to say the same thing. They could form an all star 3rd part ticket!

  • Wolf is trying to force both Nader and Paul to take the lesser of 2 evils. When they're saying they're both the same. It's time we start looking for another party to vote. Rep and Dems are all the same.

  • I'm glad Ralph Nader is very respectable to Ron Paul, I wish Bob Barr was the same too.

  • youre right we dont live in a democracy, its a one party system of freemasons. its not a conspiracy if there is evidence to back it up

  • Ive seen the polls Obama is going to win by a landslide

    according to

    Usatoday . com

so i guess this is prime time to vote for

    third party candidates

  • polititians will always be polititians. the never answer a straight forward question.

  • wolf suxx

  • Why dont Paul and Nader reach across the table? Ignorance can only go so far!!! We need to save our beloved Republic!!!!!

  • Whoever can should follow Wolf Blitzer and make his life hell because he deserves nothing better.

  • You all agree then. REVOLUTION.

IT IS TIME. SAVE OUR COUNTRY.

  • wolf just doesn't seem to get it. that, or he's being paid not to get it. why does he keep trying to get these guys to endorse the majors?

  • Obama/McCain = They the Corporations

They both voted FOR THE BAILOUT!

    NADER/Gonzalez = "We The People"!

They stand with Americans AGAINST THE BAILOUT

Go Nader/Gonzalez - You have our vote on November 4th 2008

  • God Bless you and God bless America.

May God have Grace on our Country...

  • The third party is humble. God saves the humble.

  • vote your conscience.

God speed to you. Do not worry.

  • Blitzer is such a tool. Jack Cafferty should get to interview Paul and Nader.

  • Vote Ralph Nader 2008!!!

    w w w dot votenader dot o r g

  • Don't Vote Elephants & Donkeys

  • I do agree.

But what people have to think about is the fact that the popular vote doesn't mean shit.

You still have the Electoral College which was created it's time because people weren't educated well enough to vote in politics, but the citizens of the United States are more educated now.

So we need to get rid of the Electoral College so we have a chance in the ways of our government!

    ~SxP

  • Best duo.

  • Wolf kept asking "who's the lesser of two evils?" over and over again...to my glee, both Paul and Nader gave the proper answer...that neither Obama or McCain are good...there is no lesser of two evils when it comes to those two jackasses...they're the same...WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE!!!

  • These are the guys who SHOULD be running this country.

  • These two would make a good ticket and they would get lots of votes. They could put a third party on the map, perhaps. More importantly, Americans need to go on a tax strike until the Federal Reserve is out of the picture forever. If America doesn't do this, they will be bankrupted and the dollar will be worthless around the world. It is not backed by anything anymore.

  • Then why does Ron Paul vote with Leftwing Democrats in Congress?

  • I prefer to beat on my chest and yell "RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL YOU ARE THE MAN!"

  • Hey Jimmy Former Marine Moron,

What is the definition of Republican to you, one who pounds his chest and chants USA USA USA and invade other countries and give complete power to the Fed? You are an ignorant moron. No other Republicans support him because in principal they are not Republicans.

  • Methadone 4 life your a fucking dumbass.

  • Excersize your right to write in 08.

    Ron Paul write in!!!!

  • RON PAUL '08!!!

  • I understand your frustration, but please don't waste your vote. Vote AGAINST this BS war, not for someone who can't win. I wasted my vote on Nader 8 years ago and will always regret it because people like me lost that election to the Republicans.

  • To faythelyzabeth: so instead of voting for what your conscience tells you, you'd rather vote for one of the two who WILL win? That's part of the reason why we're in the predicament we're in...because people vote in a popularity contest and not for what's right...Obama and McCain aren't right for the job...geeez!! Fucking seriously!!!

  • Ralph Nader is sitting there being like.... please stop talking.

  • LEt me see. WHo's the real conservative JOhn Mccain or Ralph nAder?

First let me educate you on what CONSERVATISM ACTUALLY MEANS. Conservatism has traditionally meant AN AWARENESS OF BOUndaries, limitations, moderation, frguality, economy in government, CONSTRAINT, fiscal restraint and a policy of non-interference.

IT is ralph nader who talks about ridding the government of fiscal waste. IT is the anti-war nader who doesnt believe in the boneheaded wars. NAder is actually conservative.

  • First of all the notion that there is a "third party" in a free and fair election is brainwashing. WHos the first party? Who's the second party? This propaganda is simply designed brainwash the masses into thinking of other parties as "spoliers" and any attempt to vote outside the manufactured left vs right box is futile. ALso this rhetoric about other parties simply being "democrat-lite" or Republican-lite" is also a fraud. THe GReen party is nothing like the DEmocratic party! NOTHING!

  • First of all NO one has to convince the "fringe" of anything. I'm guessing by the "fringe" you mean those who don't follow the blind masses. THose who actually think and vote outside the contrived left vs right paradigm. SO the GOP doesnt have to convince us of anything because the fraudulent politcal duo has us with a 10 trillion dollar debt, 700 billion dollar trade defcit, and fighting a phony war. ANd yes DEmocrats VOTED for and continue to fund said war. AND obama funds it as well.

  • I think most of those posting have a poor understanding of how our political system works. Either that or you are all very naive.

  • Name one other Republican currently in Congress that supports Ron Paul.

  • I don't care how many Congressmen support him. What matters is that we support him.

  • Other republicans are not republicans, they are neocons.

  • Why would they support him? Ron Paul does all the wrong things ie he actually reads the bills he is asked to vote on and checks them against that stupid peice of paper the constitution. HAAA republican Democrat doesn't matter it's all the same shit in different piles.

    Ron Paul write in 2008!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What a comment by nader! "The lesser of two evils isn't good enough for the american people. They need the best" Im a not a nader fan but I also like him more with that comment. I wish it was ron paul for third party even though i know why he cant.

  • I hate this zionist liar Wolf Blitzer.

  • I love how these tv shows put Paul and Nader and other 3rd party candidates on, however these intelligent candidates try and talk about issues and all the hosts do is ignore these topics and try to shove the words "spoiler" out there. So annoying. I've canceled my cable subscription specifically because of this garbage. Too bad I have to see it still online.

    Vote 3rd Party!

  • Very well said! :)

  • "The lesser of two bads isn't good enough for the american people" heck yeah man. I do not support Mr Nader, but my feelings twords him just improved quite a bit.

  • A Zionist jew (blitzkrieg) with a clear agenda is feeding all of you trash, CNN is just like Fox and the rest.

  • What happens in DC truly stays on youtube.

    Fuck you CNN

  • Ron Paul has zero influence in Congress. There he is totally ignored by both Republicans and Democrats.

  • JimmyFormerMarine,

First off. I don't believe that's entirely true. It's well documented that Ron Paul's "profile" in Congress (House + Senate) increased considerably once he raised all that money in the primary season (money talks in DC). Second... his influence will increase ten-fold if Obama wins and the Republican Party is finally forced to purge itself of its "Neo-Con" scum. I mean they had Israel hawk Joe Lieberman and pro-choice Rudy Giuliani addressing their convention... what a sham.

  • "how the fuck did he run as a republican if hes independent you fool"

Ron Paul ran for President in the Republican primary. Do you think using the f word changes that?

  • Unlike Nader, Paul wants Obama to win in November. That's why he ran as a Republican, to take votes away from McCain.

  • Dr Ron & Ralph

    "The two parties should be

    almost identical, so that

    the American people can

  • i don't think ron paul is being hypocritical at all. he knows telling his supporters to vote for an emerging party will take votes from mccain. everyone thinks nader draws voters from obama, which could be true but i never vote for dems or reps. so ron paul thinks nader will pull votes from obama. what this does is lowers the 2 major candidates numbers, and brings up the numbers of the emerging parties, in essence making it a 3 or 4 way 'horse race'...

    Nader\Gonzalez o8!!!

  • Rockyrivermom, you are correct as to what Ron Paul said AFTER he said their (his and Onama's) joint objective was to take away votes from Obama. mulenga99 picked up on the many inconsistencies and the hypocrisy. I agree we should all vote our conscious. Hopefully, that consciouses has developed from a critical examination of the facts, and not simply party dogma. That, I believe, will make this a better country more than any one issue, which is what unfortunately, many votes tend to fixate upon.

  • What a hypocrite Ron Paul turned out to be, and to think I supported him!

He is NOT going to vote for Nader BUT is going to "get as many votes for him as possible"!! And only because "it would take votes away from Obama". He is just a closet McCain supporter and a true toe the line Republican through and through. They just have him out there to claim they have diversity in the party and have him take independent votes away from Obama. How disappointing! Just another right wing tactic!

  • What he clearly said was "We agree on tactics".. followed by: "I plan to get as many votes for him [Nader] as possible, because it will take the votes away from Obama, and that's where we have the agreement." That, my fellow American, is a political tactic used to reach a specific goal, which is to not get Obama elected, regardless of the principled reasons they later discuss. That is why I lost respect for both of them. It was very disappointing as I have long been a fan of Nader, until now.

  • When Dr. Paul was asked if he wanted to stop Obama, he replied, "No, I want to change the system." All politicians have tactics to promote what they feel is important. Paul and Nader are explaining how they feel the system is biased, does not allow third party candidates, and does not address issues they feel are critical. Maybe if, rather than Nader, it had been Barr there pulling votes from McCain you would have felt differently about it. Regardless, my feeling is vote your conscious.

  • I hear what you're saying and it's an interesting thought. But even if it's true, the two parties refuse to talk about REAL issues, including the dems. It is Obama's own fault for letting the vote slide to Nader if he won't talk about the issues that Nader voters want to hear about! personally i am sceptical that ron paul is motivated by such devious goals but i must say im slightly puzzled as to why he remains in the republican party.

  • he remains in the republican party because it serves his mission to live among the wolves. He has influence and some degree of exposure. Being purely independent will marginalize him very quickly. That should be the goal of all of us in the revolution: infiltrate the existing powers that be and change the system within. Run for congress as a republican or democrat but if you get elected, begin the dismantling of the current system by looking to Ron Paul for guidance in your career asa statesman

  • Apparently you also miss my point. Until I heard the interview, I used to support the idea that Nader and even Paul, should state their positions in the public forum, although it cost America 8 years of the worst president ever. However, the video lets slip, their primary "tactic", which Nader was in agreement with, was to take votes from Obama. Listen to it again and I think you'll see my point. They then carry on about why Nader and other 3p candidates should run, which I found disingenuous.

  • I'll start by saying I am a Ron Paul supporter. He did say that votes for Nader would likely take away votes from Obama. However, in other statements, he has said that he himself likes Baldwin or Barr of the Constitution Party and the Libertarian Party. These are conservative third parties, and a vote for their candidate would likely pull votes from McCain. My understanding is that what Paul and Nader both want is for the American electorate to be truly informed about their choices ...

  • We have choices of parties and candidates that value the Constitution, fiscal prudence, individual rights and responsibilities, states rights and responsibilities, and smaller and less intrusive government. These parties will never have a chance until they are given equal time and coverage. The powers that be will not allow that until we force it through activism and our ballots. Someone smarter than me asked how we can expect our leaders to vote in a principled manner if we do not.

  • Chances are your write in will not count. Its a common myth that you can just write someone in. In order to even be written in, you must circulate a petition and gather x amount of signatures. Its done by state, so check to make sure it will be counted before you cast your vote.

  • 'The lesser of two bads is not good enough for the AMERICAN people.'-Ralph Nader.

  • I've been saying for months that Paul and Nader as well as the rest of the third party and independent candidates such as Barr and McKinney need to just use their money to fund a third party debate forum to compete with the comission for presidential "debates"

  • good idea!!

  • They need to do it and they need to do it every single fucking year whatever the cost because no one not even people who like third parties better than the two party candidates are going to vote third party unless the commission for presidential debates is exposed for what it is. every year they should begin with a pre-amble that says stuff like "these are debates the way the founding fathers intended america, they called parties factions & saw them as the demise of the republic" etc etc

  • yes, this is a good quote :)

  • Ron Paul and Nader's true intentions are revealed 3:10 into this clip. They want McCain to win. But when pushed on Paul's statement about plan to take votes from Obama, he does a stutter-two step. I used to believe Nader and Paul were in the race(s) for principle, ie., to promote their ideas. They slipped and let it out that they are only doing it to hurt Obama and the democrats, like Nader did in the past. Listen to their own words. They lie & then refuse to admit their dastardly plan. Jerks.

  • ron paul is going to vote mccain. stealing votes from obama is the plan!

  • My point was that I used to have respect for him and Nader. After this interview, they are liars and have lost all credibility. Nader should be ashamed after all he has done in the past for consumers and the little guy. Now we see he is just an unprincipled political hack. He should just call himself a Republican and quit scamming Americans by purposely ruining the elections. He should be as ashamed of himself, as we are dissappointed in him. An entire career down the crapper. Nice Job, Ralph.

  • what are you talking about ,roccodogman? nader supports third party candidates. the fact that he is there with ron paul shows that he supports some variety and some debate in the political scene, not that he supports the republican agenda... look a little deeper.

  • With all due respect, please listen to the clip, starting approx. 2.50 minutes or so into it. First, you will hear Ron Paul say that they agree on a plan. Next you will hear that the plan is to take votes from Obama. If votes are taken from Obama, who benefits? 3rd Party candidates? No. McCain and Republicans. Just like the last 2 elections. The point is, you need to make up your mind. Obama or McCain. If you want Obama more than McCain, vote Obama. Otherwise, nothing changes:Rebs for 4 more.

  • So if a person who doesn't agree with either democrats or republicans intends on becoming president one day and making a real difference, they have to pander to either democrats or republicans and alter their views with what the party wants, becoming just another fraud. Congratulations for contributing to the downfall of democracy.

  • Unfortunately, roccadogman's opinion about voting either Obama or McCain is like almost everyone in the U.S.

It's a damn shame we're force-fed either one of the two.

  • Nevertheless, Obama's going to win, so we'll just have to wait and see if he's up to the task

  • I don't care if not that many of other people don't 'WRITE IN RON PAUL' i think i might just do that.

*I encourage others to just WRITE IN RON PAUL

  • WRITE IN RON PAUL

  • What kind of name is Wolf Blitzer? Someone should feed him to a pack of blitzing wolves. But then he is not a wolf, he is only a whimpering puppy licking to the feet of fat corperate cats.

  • Wolf: "we're going to focus in on those [4] issues because we want to make sure that we get to the bottom of these critical issues for all of our viewers"

    Riiiiiiiiiiiiight!

The day CNN or any other mainstream media does this is the day Wolf shaves off his beard.

If that were to happen the very fabric of our universe would unravel. The only thing keeping us safe from eternal entropy is mainstream media complicity to the powers that be and The Wolf's facial hair.

  • I love Ron Paul!!!

Bring third parties on the map, the choices available are more than the two voted by the sheeple.

  • very naive.

  • "Open the Debates"...click on google's 1st result, check it out

  • Three words: open the debates.

  • Wolf doesn't get it.

  • Wolf doesn't "get it" because he is a dumbass mainstream media reporter and Zionist New World Order stooge.

People: stop listening to mainstream media jerk-offs like Blitzer et al. In addition, refuse to listen to mainstream talk radio frauds, i.e., Hannity, Limbaugh, Levine, O-Reilly, Ingrahm, and others.

The American people are being terribly duped and sold out by traitors from within. Champions like Paul, Nader, Baldwin, and McKinney are trying to wake up the naive and gullible sheeple.

  • bahaaaaaaaaaaahaaa! I'm sure Obama will do just fine, sadly, so don't worry. Don't you understand this is all about principle and REAL choice?

  • I like them both although I would have voted for Ron Paul, but because Paul wants me to vote for alternative candidates, I probably go for Nader

  • right on, Ron! Thanks for th guidance...

  • obama and mccain are fascist fuckin bastards!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nader and Paul are my favorite political figures in America, It's fantastic seeing them stand united, Go Nader, and Go Paul. Shame Nader still doesn't get the public respect he deserves, EVERY single interview starts with "so you spoiled the prez race for democrats" - Such a load of brainwashing bullshit. LET THEM DEBATE!

  • Seriously!!! EVERY TIME! Think of a new question already!

  • Ron Paul, you are amazing! One man... why is there only ONE man like Ron Paul? My HELL, Wolf, why don't you wake up to what is really going on, grow up, wake up! We need more Ron Pauls!

I work to be a Ron Paul!

  • Bull Witzner: 21'st century neocon Nazi. Plus, he's stupid!

    GALLUP POLL 06Sep:

81% of Americans think country is going the wrong direction.

75% think corporations have too much control over people's lives.

61% think the two parties are failing.

  • FuckA Wolf Blitzer

  • Ventura 2012! Put the government where it belongs, back into the hands of the American people! Wolf Blitzer is a dickhead, boycott mainstream media! Independent media is the last hope for this country!

  • praise the lord! some real people talking about real issues on tv! amazing!

  • MAN, THAT MUST OF BEEN INTENSE ON WOLF!

Most of the time they like them alone and try to group up on them, this is the first time I've ever seen it reversed.

I think I'm going to vote for Chuck Baldwin, but having Nader right next to Paul has me second guessing.

  • Other than Americans being the blind ignorant sheeple they are combined with rigged touchscreen voting machines I can't figure out for the life of me why Ron Paul isn't already a shoe-in for the presidency...oh, wait, Zionist supporting Neocons and their banking elite puppeteers run the world...

  • great quality

  • Thanks. I used maximum I could upload which was 95Mb for this vid. to keep the quality as high as I can.

  • ☆☆☆☆☆

  • I'm glad they are getting this coverage! I hope that democrats stop blaming Nader for Bush being in office. Nader/Paul are just trying to fix the bipartisan problem in this country and I support that.

I will not be voting for either republican nor democrat and people SHOULD certainly have an alternative option. This country was not set up to be bipartisan...

  • USA is a desperate empire in decadence and by far, most of its people are uneducated, distracted, framed, passive, gullible, self-righteous, have very distorted views of the world...or they feel powerless. Paul and Nader are really great men. Allowing 3rd party candidates to participate in the debates (a moral imperative) won't change the outcome unfortunately. The lies and half truths will continue after the election...and more people will suffer the consequences.

  • Wolf Blitzer is absolute scum. I actually began to lighten up on the guy over the last several months, but this interview was an insult to the American system of governance (which coincidentally I don't think he gives crap about).

You have two guys on your show PROMOTING third parties, telling you that the system is broken and you actually ask EACH of them who is the lesser of two evils.

Wolfs allegiance is to the system. He supports those who support Israel.

And all media is the same.

  • The greatest "odd couple" in the history of contemporary American politics!

  • They shouldn't have had both on at the same time. Ron Paul needed to be clearer in outlining his views and separating them and his supporters from Nader's, as you don't want uninformed people associating the two.

  • Blitzers' questions are a joke

  • "its ralph not ralf. thanxs for uploading "

    Thanks - fixed.

  • its ralph not ralf. thanxs for uploading
