Nice production on this one. It is rather haunting all in all, without being gloomy. I like the minor drop in the chorus melody line as well. "Some other stuff" is really well done, as it can be hard not to stuff up at the end when semi-improvising...but then I guess this isn't a live take either...?

Here's a good story for you: My best friend just had her baby. I was rocking her in the hospital the other day. I started singing to her. This is the song I sang. Not all the words were right, I adjusted them to suit a newborn. She kept opening her eyes and cooing. It was adorable.
