hi dave, its me who does the tearing. yes I do do weights - free weights with 2 and 3 kg dumbells. i also do karate which helps concentrate the mind for a release of force, but i am not doing so much the weights now as I was bulking too much and also i need to lose bulks and get a more toned figure. it's difficult as i do much sports and drink wine. but to be honest, tearing a thick papers is as much techniques as strength :-)

Those are actually my boots. I think they're about 4 inches high. I don't wear a lot of heels so those are one of only a couple of pairs of heels I have. Kat's been wearing them a few times at work since we did the vid though. I'll have to claim them back LOL.
