I don't know of any discount places specifically, but I just always buy mine when they go on sale at Michaels & Joann's. They have sales every other month or so where they have all stamps & usually stamp accessories for 30-40% off. I get their emails, so I know when their sales are on stuff I like!!!
I actually do store my rubber stamps in CD cases. But I like to keep my clear stamps on their original acetate...it's just easier for me to reference the full sets that way, for now!
There are places online where you can buy the pink box I showed in this video. If you do a search for MSE storage (stands for "My Sentiments Exactly"), you should be able to come across it.
