  • that helped me so much

  • Your cello is out of tune.

  • haha . The A string snapped when i was trying ti tighten it . It hit my face !

  • When tuning a cello, you have to push the pegs in while turning it.

  • Hello... I´m Russel Squires and I´m a dick

  • @tsotb123norway head

  • @tsotb123norway bit harsh

  • Thanks bro! That didn't help one bit! :D

  • @spotofblack exactly !!!!

  • Wow. that was helpful. :P

  • I don't understand what he's doing. My music teacher told me to to push the peg into the scroll while turning it away from you. But, since i'm weak and can't handle the metal string's strength, it snapped and whipped me in my fingers...

  • When you tune the cello do you play doubloe stop or just one string?

  • you can do it either way but starting off i would say just use one string

  • He could at least have added that with tuning the pegs you have to force the pegs into the head, otherwise the pegs will turn back again because of the pressure the strings give.

  • To all his Critics - Please be quiet. What this guy and others like him are doing is

invaluable to me. If you have something better that is great I would like to see it. Until then....

    Thanks :-)

  • Like, I know what I'm doing.

  • wowzers, this was sure a heap of help here.

  • this is completely useless how will this help any one .

  • are you kidding me...i wanna find a way to turn the pegs without popping all my strings

  • Slowly, gradually, and pushing inwards. You may also want to check the positioning of the bridge.

  • i totally agree with you!!! I always end up popping my strings when i try to tune.

  • the first time I ever tuned on my own I popped the C string. I was so pissed. I had no help. I turned the peg once and it was way too loose. So I turned it opposite and it got tight but wouldn't hold. Would shoot right back to loose like I had rubber bands instead of metal strings. So instead i tightened more to see if it will reach a point where it would hold and it just snapped. Got it fixed for free but jeez.. (This vid didn't help, but its appreciated)

  • Hey I'm learning how to play the cello this doesnt do any fucken good what the hell asshole

  • They are called pegs!

  • is this a joke?

  • lamo

  • LOL

  • Sadly, he is serious...=(

  • haha, you are so funny!

i can't tell if you're being funny on purpose or not...
