Very good looking wok! I'm hoping to get that nice gorgeous patina in our wok... and now we have strong flames like that so that nice patina should be soon... Oh and I LOVE FRIED RICE COOKED IN WOK IN SUCH HIGH HEAT! The flavor is just wow! I love nasi goreng can eat it for few days straight :)

hahahhaha...i try to look for fried rice definition in malay languange (dictionary of course) oh my..why I'm not surprise its still means "Nasi Goreng"..so what is "totally different" between nasi goreng & fried rice. By the way gd job. I really want to try to cook this nasi goreng pattaya.
