As long as its only blue (sometimes white strobes in the headlights is allowed) out of the front, yes, with the proper permit, it is allowed. Red and White are generally the indicators that it is a police car.

Those are some sweet lights, and the decal looks real nice at night time. Keep up the great work, from the GMTC!
