I have been clean for 7 years now. I use to smoke almost 2 packs of newport 100's a day. Just take it one day at a time. Its not you its God nobody but Jesus. I'm praying for you my sis!!!!
oh you had me thinking you were on some kinda drugs or drinking haha!! I quit cold turkey cigs no patch or anything and its been 1 yr now so....the patch slid off me because I sweat alot but i will tell everyone that medicine called chantix did work for me in the past before this last quit BUT i had to stop using it due to weird dreams it was giving me. Congrats on your quit keep up the good work!! Lots of money now you can spend on makeup haha!!! Or actually save in bank lol!
you're going to save a lot a money if you were to save how much you spend on them a day form today and six month from now girl i would give myself a great vacation somewhere nice justt think about were you would like to go and everytime you get that feeling i want one think about that trip you can and will do this God Bless take care:)
