  • The fuck you wearing ? Cool tricks doe.

  • Imposter!! Lol u look like lady gaga, and ur heels are so big they probli weigh more than u.

  • hi, i love your videos, i was just wondering, are you a dancer by profession or do you just do it for fun? thanks x

  • love the shirt.. but the wig and shoes have GOT to go! your other shoes and natural hair are wayyyyy better... lol

  • @elaveen

I think she was having a bit of fun with this performance.

  • Nagyon ügyes!Gondolom a sok gyakorlásnak köszönhetöen!Ha nekem lenne rúdam otthon,én is egész nap ezt csinálnám!

  • You're such an amazing dancer! I watch your videos and they really help me with my dancing so first of all, thank you! =)

I was wondering how you keep the wig on even durring the inverts?

I was also told that practicing with shoes on makes you better, do you agree?

  • fantastic pole dancing but the boots have GOT TO GO !!

  • Do you prefer static or spinning?? What do you reccomend for a beginner? And, is X-pole really the best? Is that what you use???

  • depends on the mood im in... you should definately learn on static when youre first starting out. Xpole and Platinum stages is the best, i perfer xpole and i sell them on my website polepraxis,com..

  • the best ive seen in awhile its just to bad it was on the computer.

  • this stuff is bad ass. and sexy... but those shoes are rediculouse. nothing sexy about em

  • Pretty!!!!

  • wow girl u my inspiration and u the best

  • wow u have great arm strangth do u have to have realy good arm strength to hold ur self or does it come naturally

  • Karol, can you tell me what's different about the trick at 0:37 and 4:22? I'm trying to figure out the difference but I cant see it... :)

  • the move at :37 is a reverse aysha extended into a twisted grip, the move at 4:22 is just the reverse aysha.

  • i love youre boots !! :D

  • ok I know i am going to sound dumb but I am looking into pole dancing for fitness purposes and wanted to know what the heck is a static pole?

  • Static: the pole does not spin freely

Spinning: the pole spins on ball bearings

  • ooohhhh! Ok thanks!!

  • you look UN believable; like an alien superhero Goddess.....

  • haha, thanks.!

  • i just started going to pole dancing class and i am a thick female and i want to know will i be able to go upside down and still be graceful?

  • yes you will, just keep working on it. its not a thick or thin thing, its a strength thing..!!

  • this is totally hot and cool

  • not trying to funny or anything but do the boots help u spin better since the pole is static by adding extra weight? the club i dance at now has a static pole and i HATE it i cant do half the things i can do on a spinning pole it is really hard to spin on a static pole for me and im trying to find ways to make it easier...i was thinkin wear stockings or leg warmers would make more slippery and spinny

  • The boots arent as 'heavey' as you might think. the amount of spin you get in a move on static depends on how much momentum you put behind it...!!

  • Frig me, those boots must weigh a tonne!

  • Love your strength and control, love. xoxo

  • Hot outfit and hairstyle! I like your flowing movements.

  • thanks.

  • Wow looks like you are floating in space. really good strength and control!

  • thanks alot for your comment!

  • ][/\][ (()) ][/\][ that's talent !

  • whoahh!!!

  • What does static pole mean??

  • Static means it's fixed in place and doesn't spin, like some poles.

  • why such high boots?

  • why not? =)

  • The plyometric strength you're showing here is really incredible. Definitely shows that a lot of time and practice went into that.

Impressive enough that I'll even ignore those boots...

  • um thanks?? lol

  • this is so beautifully done, I wanted to cry my eyes out! and I can't help staring at the boots!

  • Brill vid,you and the pole become almost one due to the fluidness of yr moves! love yr style :)

  • thanks love...!

  • wow the way you switched it up at 4:00-4:03 that is crazy, i thought you were gonna fall. i wish i can do half the tricks you can.

  • thanks, glad you liked it, thats a superman to a flatline scorpio..

  • i like it very !

  • thanks..!

  • Seriously impressed - I have watched other clips on here and you truly show a grace, style and beauty that many are missing. Fab!!

  • thanks alot chelle... thanks for watching!!

  • Beautiful as always!

    Those boots...wow!!!!

  • hehe, thanks...!

  • Wow. Just awesome. Very beautiful art form. I can really appreciate the amount of training this takes.

The brace you wear on your wrist, is that to slide better or to support a stressed joint? Or just for fashion? Just curious.

  • Hi scott, the wrist bands CAN help with support, but most pole dancers that wear them, wear them to help reduce friction on the skin on the inside of the wrist. And theyre pretty cute too..! They also come in handy wiping sweat of your forehead inconspicuously during a performance.. lol thanks for the comment!

  • Hahaha.

    James Bond sweat-wipe eh?

I guess I was asking b/c I still dance at 26 (no, not pole) and am no stranger to wrist problems.

    Anyway.

Keep inspired (which I know can't be easy day in day out). This is a wonderful dance and you're sure developing a mastery.

    Cheers

  • thanks alot..!

  • this is awesome girl!! amazing talent!! can't wait till i can pull some of that off on my pole!!

  • thanks girl...!

  • I luv you Karol your amazing this vid will never get old

  • Thanks, i still love this one too!!

  • Great moves you make it look so easy. I have tried to copy the Shoulder mount into the Aysha and then to superman and OMG its hard.

I could watch you all day in fact if I don't hurry my daughter will be late for nursery.

  • glad to have you viewing!! keep at it!!

  • I already can tell it's "Let's Get Physical", but who sings this version?

  • Goldfrapp, music info is at the end of the vid

  • Love your shoes! What song is that playing?

  • music (song name and artist) are at the end of the videos in the credits..

  • Oh, and not to mention that AMAZING switch you do from 4:00 to 4:02 !!! *O.M.G.*

  • thanks!!

  • Great performance, great outfit ;)). Love the moment at 1:17 , when she starts singing "let's get physical, physical.." it aligns perfectly with what you're doing. xx

  • thanks for the comment!! glad you enjoyed it!!

  • OMFG THATS MY SISTER!!!!

  • im not your sister..

  • What Pole do you use?

  • i use the xpole.

  • There is only two words to describe this performance: pure class! Your movements show grace, athleticism and sex appeal. You are a truly talented dancer and I am sure that you must be one of the favourites for any competition you ever choose to enter. I am very proud to know you!

  • thanks paul..!

  • Hey girl I cant stop watching this video I LOVE the song hehe. You look amazing ;)

  • thanks, im glad youre diggin it!!

  • Damn girl that was AMAZING! Are those shoes high enough OMG I wouldnt have been able to move my feet

  • thanks, they werent that bad. not as heavey as they look..! thanks for watching..

  • Youtube cut off the first part of your comment for the move at 1:14 but I deduce from the second part that you were telling me my hands (elbows in my case) need to be directly below or even behind my torso, rather than in front, so that the weight distribution allows you to maintain balance? I see that happening here. You do it so beautifully and the leg extensions too, love it.

  • Love the vid!!! I want you to respond to this if you can. I am 28, and was thinking about getting back into dancing...do you think I am too old? Also, I learned a few things by watching your vid, and I will keep practicing! Please respond if you can.

  • Thanks chry. I dont think 28 is too old at all!! Keep up the practice..!!

  • love it! you always look so good on your vids, a real pro! I love your shoulder mount and then how you get out of the superman - you are so graceful!!!!

  • thanks peterthecat..!

  • killer heels!! nice video. i can easily see it takes alot of muscle to do those moves but at the same time trying to look graceful thx for posting

  • thanks for watching shannon!

  • hey acropolates.. theyre actually not that bad..

  • OOOOOh! Nice to see another static vid, at first I thought it was the still the last one you had posted so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was a new one. I love the song!! Great dance :)

    Veena

  • thanks veena. these are both from the same session that day. Thanks for watching!!

  • Wow your very graceful, love the moves. A+++++

I would love to be that good!

    Thanks for posting, INSPIRATIONAL!

    ;O]

  • thanks gothiclovemistress..!!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE the Olivia Newton John look and moves...very creative and the sum of everything just takes you to another level. Really outstanding.

  • thanks for enjoying it!!

  • I loved your superman transition. Another great dance!

  • thanks chic!

  • that was just amazing well done xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • thanks telford!!!

  • You are AWESOME and so is your pole dancing and those boots are fu*king SEXY

  • thanks fahq

  • I just started pole dancing classes at PDC and Kel told me to watch you, and I must say, you are amazing. I look like such a newb...lol. I hope to be half as good as you one day, there is no way I could be better. Keep up the great work. ~Kay

  • never say never..! just keep at it and realize that its a process, everyone learns at their own pace. It takes alot of practice and dedication.. so youll get back what you put in..! Good luck with your pole dancing...!

  • im a dang girl and i could watch u all day lol. i dont think i see it in here but one move u do i cannot figure it out at all lol. usually u do it on spin. you put your leg med. height on the pole with a bent knee and go right into an aysha from low on the pole, with only one foot on the ground. does this make sense lol? whats that called? i cant get myself into that aysha positon but its a signature move of yours that always makes my jaw drop! xoxo

  • It was in the vid i posted right before this one.. towards the end i believe. I dont know what its called.. should we give it a name? The key is to get that bent knee over the pole as high as possible, then the arm of the same side of that leg should go right under the bent knee. at the same time your body goes forward, grab the bottom of the pole with the other hand...

  • love 3.59 -4.02 ( Superman to flatline Scorpio)..very very nice! And great song selection too!

  • i agree never saw that ne eigther, smooth and purdy!

  • thanks loulou..! i love this cover of that song..

  • I'm so glad you put more footage up from that session, because I ran out of my 500 characters before I could get to the great lighting, wig, costuming, and music effects from both videos. It's very surreal--yes, a little sci-fi. In fact, Gerry and Sylvia Anderson put all of their actresses in the original "UFO" in silver page-boy wedge wigs and silver lamé miniskirts on the moon base. If only they'd had boots as cool as yours, LOL! Great work, Karol--as always!!!

  • Thanks Joel... how did the cleaning project go?

  • It went well, added about foot and a half to practice area. At least one leg can extend on spins now. Hope to post crouch spin, forward falling hook by end of Sept. Two family weddings/No practice!

  • :32-:40 so cool! been trying to figure out how to get there and i think you solved it for me you rock

  • hey moob, be careful with that move, its really akward on your wrist so please dont hurt yourself. If you cant get it lemme know and ill try to make a lil tutorial for it...!

  • what a cool cover to that song..man i was a baby when that came out, well practically lol. awesome job, flawless & stunning as always. a joy to watch thru and thru! the pole & u were in perfect sync that evening, which isnt as easy as people think, poles are VERY moody, non living beings, lol. ur the best i luv ya! im startin to like the spinnin better myself which is weird to say i did static for so long..weird and i only had it on there for days, it must be much weirder for u, but u rock both!

  • well, i actually spent 4 yrs on static before i ever even touched a spinning pole. Then our club got a spinning flange and i fell in love with the spinning pole and had to relearn alot of moves because of the difference in grip and momentum. It is weird switching back to static, takes a lil while for it to come back, but its like riding a bike, no matter how long you stay off youll never forget how!! ty shell <3

  • hey sweetie, so hard to find comments in here w/ how youtube is set up. i guess we all just get accostumed to whats around us. on static a long time, spin is a major challenge, some will say spin is easier but in reality lk u said you started on static and went to spin..to me spin is more challenging but more fun. iam VERY glad i popped the extra dollars for spin mode, i knew i'd regret it if i had not. welp whatever u do is flawless, so you go from 1 to the other more perfectly then u know xoxo

  • Those boots RULE. Loved the music and outfit again!

  • thanks allie!

  • great vid! what is the name of the song?! thanks!

  • all my songs are always listed in the credits at the end of the vid.

  • Thanks for the vid!!! I could watch all day. But then I wouldn't have a job or place to live. Just lovely and sensual.

  • Thanks lara, i would feel bad if you lost your job and were homeless on my account..! lol

  • hmmmm! must say that this vid is great! the starship enterprise needs a good lady like urself!! dont think captin kirk has met u yet! awesome vid!!

  • lol, thanks. is it THAT sci-fi-ish??

  • ha ha yeah it`s sci-fi-ish (grin)!!

  • In this video I can see all that you have learned from Veena because you print that softness to your movements but with your amazing and unique style ☺ I just love it!!

  • thanks verenndha, i actually didnt learn from veena, im self taught. but she does have a very graceful style that i admire!! how did you make a smiley in your comment?!!

  • Oh!! Get it! the smiley is pressing alt + 1 ☺ *wink

  • oh dear lord! ur shoes are amazing! you look great you must be superstrong! you dance so fluidly, great vid xx

  • ty fyers!!

  • I love how every person has a different part they find amazing which pretty much means every second of it is amazing!

  • i love that thing you did at 1:32 to 1:36 . dont know what it was but it looked great :-)

  • thanks lara, i like to use it as a transition from the floor back to the pole. dunno what its called either!

  • The video has a weird 70's sci-fi feeling. :-)

At 0:37 it looks like it wasn't meant to be that way. But impressive at the same time...

Like the floorwork at the end.

  • thanks fakum, and yes that was an intentional trick.. lol Thanks for watching!!

  • Wow fab vid hun,and that outfit was lush and those boots omg there huge i get parinod if i chage my shoes heel height im gonna smash something lol.Anyway very smooth loved it:)

  • thanks lilly! the boots were huge, you can see me kick the chair at one point..lol

  • 0:49 is one of your signature moves, I love how it looks :) Beautiful as usual!

  • thanks, the one at 2:10 looks better though. Those boots were a challenge to dance in! lol

  • omigosh! Around :37 was amazing! I thought you were going to fall but you pulled it off like the pro you are!

    Fab!

  • Thanks, thats a really akward move because your top wrist is upside down and backwards.. but for some reason its really easy to grip..
