I love RHCP! I also love hiphop. One thing that bothers me is that you guys use the word rapper, he is a hip hop artist, rapping is completely different from hip hop music, some rap vocalists are in great rock bands like anthony kiedis in rhcp and mike shinoda from Linkin Park.

It's funny that people like Jimmy Cliff, L.L. Cool J, and ABBA are getting into the Rock and Roll hall of fame, when none of them play Rock and Roll. Why don't they just call it the Musical Hall of Fame?

OK I'm not (nor ever will be) over the shock of Madonna being in the rock hall, now Abba & a rapper (cool if it's your thing, but the ROCK HALL OF FAME is for people that have contributed to Rock n Roll ) is being considered? WHAT THE FREAK!!!! The Hollies aren't in there, they have been around longer than any of the other groups, all of which are very deserving except, for the above mentioned. WTF Just change the name to "The Hall Of Fame For Anyone Besides Legitimate Rock n Roll Artist"

I'm all for the RHCP. I'm a loyal fan, & they always come 1st. I don't understand how something like Madonna is in the RHHF, but Kiss, Hollies, & Iggy haven't already been inducted years ago. WTF Now they are thinking about a rapper not to mention a disco person (don't want to use the word artist with disco) of all things? It is the ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME, for deserving ROCK & ROLL artist & people that have contributed to ROCK & ROLL. Change the name of the place or stick to the theme.

Ol James Brown was one of the first people inducted in the hall of fame. It's more like an american hall of fame of popular music than stricly Rock N Roll(though I don't know why the hell they call it that).
