A friend of Buganda? This may be the impression he wants to spread, but I am afraid that your doubt is well founded. If need be, he resists to be driven away like a "common chicken thief", openly or from the background as in case of Kasubi, as far as I know. And he has become the biggest puppet of Western Rothschild imperialism in Africa. So I am not sure wheter Katonda, or even Walumbe should bless him.
