one way of doing this is to take the spark plug out and fill the cylinder full of string until the piston has no where to go.

that will lock up the motor temporarily till you take the bolt off, then remove the string, reinstall the spark plug, and your done.

Easy way of doing this with no Damage or Brake down on the Motor is a realy breat Oil wrench and a thing peace of leather or rubber bit the pully with the oil filter wrench then presto its loose

impact gun bro, never fails me when im changing mine or any of my freinds scoots clutch springs or variator.

i had a go kart with this same exact drive system and i grabbed the clutch as hard as i could and spun the wrench with a hammer and the bolt turned.

i cut my self pretty deep on my hand but it takes a little blood to learn

clamp a pair of vise-grips on the clutch over top of the area by those set srew wholes then hold the vise-grip to keep it from turning then you can remove the bolt

you have to put nylon string in the cylinder through the spark plug hole, so the engine doesn't turn over, then you can remove the bolt. The holes on the side are set screw holes, use an allen wrench to take out the set screws. it then will slide right off.

you have to loosen the 2 small screws with the right size allen wrench, then lock the engine so it can't spin and take out the other screw.
