I hate people who surrender early during mid-game when they think they have lost the battle. Seriously, at first in Twisted Treeline my entire team started off with 1 death and it was going down hill from there, but we still managed to score a win with all 3 players surrending. People that surrender that quickly can't push for squat.

I just try out this build for 2 weeks, pros of this build is, "it is very good at late game". cuz most panth user know late game he is a bit sucky (depends on team matchup). core item: infin. edge, 2X phantom dancr ( gives you about 60% CRIT CHANCE) and then bloodthisrter: do in this order, later you can add 3rd phant D. (sell the boots) 6th item either frozen mall or ionic spark. Con: it is a squishy build, but if you can kill your enemy first, that will do. Try this build, hope u guys like it
