Brilliant! Still the only band that I wish I could have been a member of. They seemed to arrive from another planet, sounding like no-one else. Incidentally, there is an article explaining the references in this song on a website called R*xyrama.c*m. Quaglino's is in Mayfair, London. I think it opened in the 1920s. It closed for a while, but reopened in the 90s.

WoW! The whole glam rock movement never did quite reach oklahoma. . . barroom blitz by Sweet was as close as it got. Led zep, black sabbath, etc. was the standard fare I remember. Great stuff!
