UPDATE: Mark Fiorino Hearing Rescheduled Again

Sounds like a summary judgment was entered in favor of the defendant. The DA said that cops have to respond to OC'ers....surprised they just don't spend all day stopping other police officers ... If you carry OC be sure you are willing to shoot anyone who tries to disarm you .. this guy got lucky the cops did not shoot him .. I would not have waited for such luck.
