It's difficult for me to afford your herbs. $33/per bottle is somewhat of a burden on my wallet, but I will start with the upper circulation and perhaps the antispasmodic. Also, I will continue on the fruit and berries. Those help A LOT. I have anxiety/depression issues to, so maybe I'll look into getting the adrenal herbs as well. THanks again for all your help.
