I used a doller general make up before and it looked like i had MAC it's all in the application and ur talent. that sponge thingy isn't good for a beautiful application.

deep beige is not a black person's color. I work in cosmetics. I will say your eye makeup is better than I have seen of this. Go to drug stores and get maybelline and it comes in more colors for darker skin tones

Honey, The foundation is evidently too light for you, The whole eye shadow look didn't look right (hell, if makeup from dollar general results in this, I'd happily buy tons of makeup from MAC,EL etc.) and your eyebrows smh

You can try wedge sponges, they dont leave streaks. They have some at my local dollar tree. i was so mad when i saw them there cause i bought the same exact wedges on ebay for 7 bucks. got ripped off. But they work!
