Can you believe I've been searching for this song for 4 years?

Story: In Nov 2004 I went to see Le Tigre at Soma in San Diego. Before the show started they played a mixtape and "I'm 16" was on it. I had no clue what I was listening to but I loved it! In the past 2yrs I've gotten into Pandora and was able to hear some Dengue Fever songs. It was only when I saw their documentary Sleepwalking at the SD Asian FF that I realized this was their song!
