As you can easily imagine this subject has been researched to death; the answers are all known. many IQ tests give comparable results; they are always normalized, they define the individual's place on a bell shaped curve for the tested population; this video is propaganda; it's insulting to someone who has studied the subject. It's entry level propaganda for the bulk of the population. IQ is hereditary; of course; and the African American population consistently tests at 90. About 75 in Africa
I have no clue who this guy is talking about, but IQ tests are themselves tested for validity.
A 10-minute wonderlic test is a better predictor of job performance (however measured) than educational background.
So sure, the original IQ tests weren't meant to be used the way the current ones are used. But that doesn't matter because the current ones have been tested. Just look up the wikipedia article for goodness sake.
