Spring brings new birth. Things are the same and things are changing. Your changing has brought forth this new life you are experiencing and it is exciting for you, I'm sure. Enjoy it, and God Bless you and your family.
Your videos are informative and inspirational. I am getting the sleeve in february and I am beside myself with joy. I want to have the results you and your wife have had. I need this change so badly. My weight seems to rule my life even when I diet. I never seem to keep it off. I am so dedicated and it is videos like yours that make me excited and inspired.
Wow, you lost a ton of weight - you're at the weight I want to aim for. Your weight loss has been very successful and you're looking great. Quite an inspiration to anyone thinking about this.
I am thinking about having surgery , since my last baby I lost about 50 or 60% of my hair due to some kind of autoimune disorder, along with thyroid, fibromialgya and lupus among others things. I am even more concern about diabetes and heart due to family history. I feel that this is my choice to be healthier... I have heard about the hairloss with the surgery .. have you experience any hairloss, if so, did the hair regrow? and how? I am very worried about it. I'll appreciate any info. thanks!
Thanks for sharing your journey. I also went to Dr. Joya in 2/2009 and reached my goal weight and would like to to have plastic surgery - tummy tuck- but, like you I don't have the money and overall my life is great as I am. I am finding a way to love myself just as I am. Someday I may have plastics but until then I will live each day to the fullest. Thanks for reminding me about my "tool" and to keep doing the right things to keep my weight off.
Again, you look great and it is nice to hear you speak about 'normal'. I subscribed and hope to see more. You mention Brooke. Does she have a channel? I'm going to go back and watch some of your other vids. Thank you for sharing! Oh and in the car must be a good place to talk because you're one of few that I've noticed does that. :)
Thanks for your 2 video updates. It sure is encouraging to hear you talk about 'normal' life and eating. I'm 14 months out and still losing (slowly) and your video has been a boost. Cheers!
