  • Hi, im 16 years old, and soon ill start karate. But could these exercises help me getting better in something.?

  • @QuickSlashHD I believe they do. I did some martial arts for some time, but a lot of these exercises resemble a lot of the body isolation drills that i started with when I was trying chin-na basics.

  • these kind of movements can keep your joint mobility good

  • I dance like that in the club.

  • You may laugh at the beginning because you're an ignorant fuck but then after 3:37 you'd better understand those guys are not really peaceful dancing bitches.

Anyone of them would smash you up in a flash.

  • This shits hilarious!

  • It's just simply amazing what you can achieve with the human body. I'm from North PHilly I would love to rip shit up with these guys.

  • thank u;a friend showed me something similar, but he called it"rhem-relationship to human energy and movement",and the concept of non-thought flow is obvious.much admiration 4 your vids.more?

  • rly nice video, but change the porn music

  • when asians talk about energy and chi everyone is serious but when russians talk about energy everyone giggles...

  • @KoTowaty To learn any art - individual (student & teacher) are to have an open mind and honest heart - otherwise there is no connection on the subconscious level. It is time for the Human Race to reflect on their actions - and find Peace within....

  • @KoTowaty You made an excellent point

  • Looks like he is dancing most of the time.

  • LOOKIN AT THIS IT SEEMS THAT MABE POPLOCKING CAN CREAT WAVE ENERGY TOO

  • lol

  • 1:41 dancing like a boss!!!

  • Exactly what am I watching?

  • Realmente, admiro su sistema y desde luego me gustari aaprender mucho acerca del tema. los felicito zpesnas me enseñan bastante al igual que otros sitemas que conosco, de su sistema. EXITOS. y gracias por enseñarme.

  • spetsnaz combat training, in English ^^

  • Is this the russian version of Thriller?

  • DO THE SPETSNAZ DANCE !

  • 1st step of becoming a Spetsnaz: Learn how to dance like a robot.

  • dagens wtf?

  • esse sistema é muito interessante junta wing chun, aikodo,e drunker masters!

  • I van still hear the WOB

  • old school shuffling

  • These guys trained to kill you at first contact

    Not 12 rounds UFC bullshit

  • @wg390 UFC can have a maximum of 5 rounds (the championship game) and not 12 rounds, normal games are 3 rounds.

they will kill by laughing to hard at this LOL.

  • Comment removed

  • @Tig3rS1 UFC is entertainment sport. They can't do jack shit versus Spetsnaz.

  • @Foxstab you'r wrong, do u believe the video? it's fake, and UFC players can kick the Spetsnaz asses, cuz they are trained to fight (though it is the fighter that determines the fight and not the sport).

  • @Tig3rS1 No. They're trained to exhibit per regulated rules. In a real fight there are no rules. They'll be caught off their guard and get smashed. Spetsnaz train with killer-hit style and techniques. The kind that UFC forbids use of as to not cause fatal injury to the competitors.

  • @Foxstab but this internal wave energy just doesn't exist, and the moves they do are funny, and can't be used in combat, only the bold guy here fights well.

have u seen the no contact fight of the spetsnaz ??!?! it's just not possible thats what i mean, who are they trying to trick !

  • @Tig3rS1 1. Ever heard of Bruce Lee? He could control the flow quite well.

    2. Spetsnaz are more than competent fighters. You could stand here and argue that in your opinion they're all impotent dupes until the cows come home. But there are more than sufficient enemy fatalities reports of the results of their expertise applied on the field. And those're the facts.

  • @Foxstab this is the last reply that i write, im not arguing about weather they are good or not, im saying that some of the moves they do are just not real, and does not exist in real life, check this video and u will understand what i'm saying...

and as Bruce Lee said: "there is no best style, there is best fighter"

    watch?v=6O9BaNbx49g&feature=related

  • @Tig3rS1 Oh, sorry. I misunderstood and took your words for mocking the Spetsnaz rather than these specific men. IDK if the guys in this video are currently serving or are former ex-Spetsnaz, I doubt they are as Spetsnaz won't be exhibitionists like this. If they're selling something, then it's likely a scam.

Whatever anyone want to call it, there is a form of energy manipulation in existence as Bruce Lee demonstrated. Unfortunately, I do believe he took that secret with him to the grave.

  • @Foxstab the spetsnaz have to groups the fighting spetsnaz and the athletic spetsnaz the former is for the olympics so it is entirley possible that they are spetsnaz just not the run and gunners that most are familiar with

  • @wg390 no dude, i wasn't emotional at all, it's just that i don't believe in combat and droping your opponent without contact (which is in this video...). other videos of them have good technique, not this one though... :)

  • @Tig3rS1

You know man I did kill enough in Afgan and now I wanna leave in peace

My life is my life and only me myself could hate myself

But the more I leave in USA the more I respect myself

  • @wg390 Speaking of which, the instructor kind of reminds me of Ian "The Machine" Freeman.

  • hey guys, i like your videos! you guy's are great! do you guy's have any affiliation or previous training in the bujinkan? Alot of what you guy's do looks exactly like how we train in ninjutsu.

  • @ninjawarrior41 That is because like in the case of Judo and Jujutsu which turned into Sambo in Russia, the Russian organs did a very good job at stealing and incorporating the techniques and secrets of Ninjutsu arts into what they call today their own martial arts. The case with Judo and Jujutsu is actually historically documented and their inside man who grew up and studied the art in Japan from Jugoru Kano himself was later sent to labor camps where he died. It was done to eliminate evidence.

  • Salad uk !!

  • sorry couldn't resist. these are the baddest motherfuckers out there. i'm from america and would rather root for the home team, but i honestly do not believe that there are any marines out there that train as brutally as these guys.

  • 4:22 the guys like, wow id hate to be this pillo...HOLLY S**T!!!!!!!!!

  • 51 people have played call of duty

  • imagine these guys in a bar fight

  • imagine these guys in a bar firght

  • Best breakdancers ever!

    I lo ve systema :)

  • He knocked me out with his dancing

  • Ohh boy does he look squishy

  • Whats the second song that plays please pm me!

  • whats the song at begging it owns!

  • I bet they make it to the finals on so you think you can dance

  • not to disrespect the techiniques displayed in the video, but i don't understand what they are doing.

  • @imagoruckus69 Warm ups

  • @imagoruckus69 What they are doing is playing with the natural response of the body to an attack and the way you attack, just like an a simple example, when some body is pushing you, your body response going forward, in this case they do those "funny" movements in order to train the body that instead of response against the attack use the attack in order to project your attack, seems funny i know, but once you figure out what is behind it, is pure science and body understanding.

  • WTF ?

  • This guy knows what he doing

He is very famous in Russia

Cictema is the most effective hand to hand discipline

    And Krav Maga, of course

I remenber seeing one of his technics against a knife armed opponent, being him seated at the desk !

    Very good

This is a life dedicated to martial arts

Nothing u learn in 6 months

  • at the begining sweet dance moves

  • We are victorious. Begin the rave, comrades!

  • @1337RussianCoDPlay3r this would be great on COD

  • holistic way to fuck peps up...hardcore combat, powerful energy... its as almost every strike is delivered with max possible effect from most alkward angles...good shit to know...peace

  • for the record, these guys will fuck you up...

  • Russians seem to be very open-minded. I like that.

  • @gaaraofsabaku Acceptance of bigger and higher level of knowledge requires open-mind.

  • ITS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • at 3:08 was he doing the robot?

  • Zumba!

  • buen baile

  • That is how you dance to dubstep.

  • @SystemaSpetsNaz damn i forget to breathe!!!

  • @straaler5 You have it totally wrong my friend, are you going to attack a guy on the street doing that?

  • No, only st00pid people like you...

  • @straaler5 I love dancing! *dances*

  • Holy shit...just basing from what I already know in the martial arts, these are some incredible warm-ups. They are all meant to channel rhyme and energy to perform high powered attacks. I mean, thats the bases of martial arts. I'd bet on rhyme beating muscle any day.

I'll admit I laughed extremely hard at 2:22 just cause it fit too well with the music :) but everyone, this is the real deal. This is how you build muscle memory.

  • @bigpapasrobot no effence but spetnaz combat is really different to martial arts

  • Some people are always looking for new, different, secret etc. When they find it they rubbish it simply because it is new, different and has been kept a secret from them. If it looked like every other thing you have ever seen, would you then believe in it more? I suggest one feels a few of those hits before you say it is BS.

  • @straaler5 thats like saying athletes a pathetic cause they do dance to help with agility

  • @straaler5 they're doing a warm up before exercising , you dumb ass.

  • @straaler5 haha

  • im going to be taking Systema soon in some martial arts place .... i cant wait!

  • I'm sure this is a very effective combat style, but... those are some funky moves. I couldn't help but replay it and put it on mute and play some techno. Hehe.

    Thanks for the lesson, though.

  • @AmunRa1 I couldn't help myself after reading your suggestion. Cubanate - Vortech II ftw lol. But in all seriousness, I absolutely do see how these moves are related to movement in a fight.

  • @straaler5

no you dont have to if you do this at home, but if you dont do this at home probably you will not fight on the streets, only recive punches:)

  • wth

  • To all those questioning this. Try Systema!!! U shouldnt be disapointed, it is amazing. I gave it a try and I am never looking back.

  • lol nah its just warm upp

  • im lerning this stuff its awsome

  • Next to being lethal killing machines. Spetsnaz soldiers are also the worlds most dangerous dancers

  • @tyron113493 They are clearly showing through expressive dance that they will certainly fuck you up without hesitation.

  • he looks like hes dancung in the beggining i wouldnt want to say that to his face though

  • 0:41... spetsnaz ftw :P

  • its a form of many but but most of Tieshe slow movment

  • haha, everything from 0:00 to 3:40 made me laugh so much.

  • @apercussionist91

What good physic condition mike you laugh?

  • @SlavaSvarogu Eh, it's good physic conditioning but it just looks silly is all. Don't misunderstand me..... you guys could easily beat me in a fight. The beginning exercises just make me laugh though that's all. I do have respect for what you do though.

  • This guy is a good dancer

  • i tried those wavy pushups and failed miserably. these guys are fucking sick!

and their loosening up stage could make for great club dancing : )

  • @TulkorHAOMARUSH your in the U.S. military & you talk like this m8??? This is a joke! Systema is a JOKE!!! The U.S. troops I know would die of laughter if they were taught this!!!

  • @chelsea4life11 well i always sucked at combatives neways. Even my DS said "although its good to know in the event that you are in hand to hand combat...i always say if a situation like this happens in Iraq and Afghanistan...you suck."

Jus saying as a martial art they have some interesting techniques. but all the demonstrations are done with the target allowing them to happen. applying it to real world scenarios...prolly not that effective.

  • @TulkorHAOMARUSH Systema works, its crazy to look at and its easy to judge; but one class would change your life and you whole outlook on fighting systems. Our instructor is a full time frontline Cop and a few guys in the class r former Russian military. When all speed up like in real life u have no idea whats happening when u fight these guys, one second u think hes gona punch u in the head but instead he just broke ur ankle and knee joint by standing on ur foot and collapsing u.. ouch.

  • @ginjaninja1988 Other martial arts can make guys brick walls too. Systema seems like it can be good but only if u are pretty damn good at it. I think that is why the Army just shows more basic combatives than a full martial arts lesson. Though I would have loved it if basic was extended for a few more weeks of ground fighting...just for more familiarity.

  • @chelsea4life11 And the Russians who have learnt this would cut them in half if it came to a knife or hand to hand combat fight. The stuff the US Army is taught is bullshit MMA crap like the mount position or the guard.... il tell u fastest was to get someone off u is not to pull a fancy MMA Jiu Jitsu Kimura lock like they teach but to stick your thumbs in his eye sockets. Systema is amazing and deadly. What u see here is somebody learning to move their body in new ways. The result is that when

  • @chelsea4life11 in the fight they become unpredictable. I have sparred with guys maybe as half as good as this guy and u cant push them over, joint lock them or hit them hard enough because thanks to this kind of training u see in the vid if they miss the block their bodies instictivley react and they have hit u in the last place u expected and it hurts. And i am no lightweight. Im a 22 year old male who weighs 105kgs and has trained in Krav Maga and Jiu Jitsu b4 Systema.

  • @chelsea4life11 Yeah, you know it's only the Russian Special Forces using this. One of the most elite fighting groups on this planet, for fucks sake their training is ILLEGAL in the US due to how intense it is. People DIE becoming Spetsnaz.

  • @Isosyth

If you do become a Spetsnaz you are elite, seriously

  • Puajjjjjjjjjjj

  • is this guy fucking dancing as a warm up rolf

  • would like to learn more from thrm

  • Not only will they kick your ass, but they'll do it while dancing in front of you. You got served!

  • I bought this dvd. It's worth more than what you pay for it if you practice.

  • XDDDDD

OK, I know it's the way u have to do it, but i'm LMAO cuz I'm listening to Infected Mushroom and it surely fits XD

  • Damn son, that's gangsta.

  • @BlueOysterCult89085

    это просто выражение...

  • @BlueOysterCult89085 he's Ukranian, check your info sport...

  • @mystikalninja2 i'm talkin about vadim starov; hes russian

  • In systema, they call it wave, but it is the same thing the chinese call fa jing, explosive power, used in internal martial arts such as Taiji, Xing Yi, Winch Chun.

In systema, they also have a great way of taking punches, and they didn't come up with thet either, it's the same principle used by shaolins, called iron body/iron shirt.

Systema is great because they took all the best from around the world and got the best possible outcome, and easy to learn as compared to chinese stuff.

  • 2:14 WTF ?????????

  • looks like hes just dancing

  • Is ballistic striking included anywhere in this system ?

  • @iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa Systema does not include any other way of striking, all striking that is not "ballistic" is wrong. But again, the term "ballistic" was made up by Val Riazanov, they only call it wave. I like Riazanov cuz he's better with words and is skilled, but then again, Ryabko and Vasiliev are the best probably, and the guy in this video is great too.

  • I'm guessing this is what Shaolin monks refer to as Chi. The movement of the body is similar

  • Those are some AWSOME hip hop moves let me tell you what!!!!! JUST AWSOME!!!

  • not only can you really mess up someone in hand to hand combat with these techniques, but you can also mess up your woman in bed ;). this is great stuff, a few friends and i definitely will get getting our hands on the dvds

  • LoL this is hilarious but i know they are the most badass soldiers, they punch each other as hard as they can and nothing happens teach me this shit without calling me a lethal weapon

  • Whos that guy in the background?

  • development of the joints is reeally the most important thing vital for a soldier who wants to maintain his body

  • In karate, the internal wave that they refer to is obtained in the form naifanchi, and is the small hip twist within the stable structure. In chinese martial arts it is simply refered to as fa jing, or fa geng.

  • i wanna lear thos danceis he dose at the begining get all the chicks with thos moves i know its training lol and dont mess with them theyl kill you with just thear thumb

  • @hapkidolance goddam youre stupid!! cant you spell anything? please define: "lear" "thos" "danceis" "dose" "begining" "theyl " "thear"!!! every other word you write is misspelled! thats 7 misspelled words in 1 sentence!! lol ! not that would know that since you probably cant add either

  • Wow, absolutely astonishing.

  • step up to the spetsnaz new dance movie.

  • Im not ganna lie this guy is limber and has some moves :D

  • Excellent =]

  • very interesting.......guy can move lol

  • he's a freak in the club!

  • hahahah 2:21 made me lol

  • LOL that dude can dance!!!!

  • Underestimate this at your peril. Russian troops are among the toughest, physically,

    in the world.

  • interesting approach. watching how fluid this guys movements are would definetly be a challenge to control in a fight.

  • No, your just childish, and imature.

  • America, you just got served

  • This exercise program changed my life, I am trully one with the Kremlin, I am also now better at break dancing. LOL.

  • @ERPainkiller wow matt

  • not only is the spetsnaz Russia's best defense force, they also happen to be their best dance force.

  • lol this was hilarious

  • and pepole wonder why we never officaly went into ground combat with Russia

  • Ah, you must be Canadian.

  • @deathmonger99 Because as Nuclear arms were mass produced nukes would be tactilly empolyed for each battle rendering a nuclear war.

  • i have Michael Jackson's...Thriller vid in my head right now because of this vid...lol

  • Cool

  • I will not deny for a second the effectiveness of this style.... but I was laughing so had at one point that had to pause it to keep from pissing myself! It was like a ballet of afflictions! One dude looked a zombie with cold chills! One of the funniest things I've ever seen. Ever!

  • @44rumblefish I hear ya lol, i think its the background music

  • agreed

  • ...so I'm not alone...

  • this is one of the best trainings for all martial artists...pure GOLD

  • At first I was like "WTF is he doing?", but then I read the description.

  • @Redlightning7 hahah me too

  • I like how the music changed when the guy looked like he cup checked him at 3:54

I was actually laughing at how ridiculous the excersizes were at the begining but then the end result shut me up:D

  • @manuiscrazy They do look rediculous but these guys are killers

  • @manuiscrazy what exactly shut you up? I dont know... systema might be the greatest martial art ever or the biggest bullshit in history of martial art... and I think its the second choice, because if they would be so great why dont they go to some competition? I saw Vadim sparred with one thaiboxer... and Vadim did nothing!! I dont want to insult anybody, but i think that its nothing but russian aikido...

  • @spinavepradlo

They do competitions actually. Though he's never admited to do so publicly, just look at the way Fedor Emelianenko strikes, as compared to other MMA people. Look also at how he takes strikes and never gets hurt, and moves just like systema practitioners. He has mixed it up with Judo, Sambo, and Muay Thay(or Kick Boxing) but the essence is systema. And Fedor is the greatest fighter alive, how about that?

  • @INDUSTRIAL3X

LOL:) This sounds like some propaganda. Fedor is doing Sambo... Not Systema! He was once asked, if he does Systema and he told, that he even dont know what that is... So I agree, that Fedor is the best, but not thanks to Systema, but because of hard training in boxing and sambo. His trainers are Vladimir Voronov (Sambo, grappling) and Alexander Michko (Boxing)... maybe he has a secret coach for Systema:D:Dbut I dont think so, because in his fights he doesnt use systema techniques!

  • @spinavepradlo systema is a way of fighting

    its not really using techniques

its ideals are the same as other advanced martial arts

  • HELP! Anyone know -the name- of the exercises from 1:57 until 2:20? Thanks for help out.

  • Amsome video gentlemen , simply excellent
