@KULCAT Yes we do? The drill is paying someone to dress funny and follow people who owe you money until they pay. This makes them feel ashamed of everyone looking at them and knowing they're NOT paying their debts.
It's usually better than reporting it to authorities. It costs much less to pay a cobrador and make him force the guy to pay out of sheer shame than to engage in a battle at the courthouse which could last for months or even years.
