This is an amazing place. Silent, windswept, moving. A place of reflection and remembrance. One of my best memories of my visit to the Highlands was a stop here.....

that piper is always at the commando memorial.... a true spectacle what a eary noise of the pipes echoing throughout the highlands fantastic!

Thank you for posting this video. I am so glad that someone was there to record this young piper playing his tribute. I hope at some stage he might see this video and tell us more about his personal tribute

A very nice and moving video, my father took the commando statue there on his lorry, and when it was lowered he put a few old pennies underneath the statue, kept meaning to visit it, but never have, this is the first time I have seen a video of it, thank you.
