if you cant see that this is so full of dust the fans are slowing then idk lol. seriously dude get a can of air duster and clean all the shit out. im not joking when i say that it will get to the point that your cpu or psu overheats and burns out.
lol. I had that, it was one of the coolers. Had to screw it better to case so it doesn't move at all against metal and cause sound. Screw it as tightly as possible. That fixed it for me. If it won't work, one of the coolers might need cleaning. If it still won't work, replace it k

You should clean up your computer. Sound comes from computer fans for sure.
