It does look like super sculpey, the only thing that leads me to think otherwise is the specularity around the eyes. But area around the mouth appears to have the softness of sculpey.
Yes I to was able to get that specular highlight with SS. I animated a walk cycle with it, lol, what a pain. All my claymation is old to, I'm too busy with my video game project to do any. Well in a way I am still claymating, My game graphics are clay but animated in 3dsmax.
Its really good, just creepy looking lol

I used super sculpey, I baked the eyelids and I had backed fimo for the eyeballs.
Check out my other claymation stuff, this one is pretty old.
