WTC7's collapse is easy to dispute because it's too hard to accomplish without the twin towers damaging the building beforehand.
Lets argue that you wanted a controlled demolition, then why bother with the planes?

Most people that believe the official story think if explosives were used, we would have heard these HUGE explosions going off. This is crazy for these believers to think this. If they believe the Official Story, they should know all you would have to do it place ONE cutting charge on column #79. The official Story is column 79 buckled and that started the collapse.
Personally I think there were HUGE explosions and it took several explosions to bring it down. They evacuated - no one heard them

It's simply illogical that damage to one side of a tower and a few scattered fires, as they were called that day, would cause a tower to fall in any manner other than toppling over to one side or the other, depending on the amount of debris on the damaged side. Even if there was an inordinate amount of debris on the top of the building, it collapsed from the bottom. Thanks

Also, debris from when the first tower fell cause severe damage to the southern section of the building. When one section of a building falls the rest collapse in a domino effect, which makes it look like a controlled demolition.
