  • What's the link between kidneys and iodine?

  • @adamatova HI, While every cell has an iodine receptor, I have not seen any research on its direct impact on the kidneys, nor have I seen any relating radiation from a computer screen (to answer your question from Part 2).

    John Douillard DC

  • @johndouillard - Much obliged for the reply. May I ask if Lugol's solution is a good source of iodine?

  • @tinokshenishba Check and be sure it is both iodine and iodide. If it is both, then it should be okay.

  • Potassium Iodide is taken up by thyroid and breast tissue. Iodine is liked by the rest of the body including organs, muscle, bone and glands. From other thyroid doctors somewhere around 13 milligrams each day which is equal to the average japanese person. I slowly went up to that dose using lugol's which is iodide and iodine. After 10 years of severe fibromyalgia and doctors wanting to put a morphine pain pump in me I am cured. MSM+colloidal silver+iodine and NO TAP WATER! Reverse Osmosis

  • @a420turtle From the Ayurvedic perspective, the connection between Iodine and fibromyalgia is the lymph system. When the lymph is congested, the body lays down protective fibrous tissue. Yes, the link between Iodine, lymph and fibrous tissue is real. In my next newsletter, I am reporting on some of the newest research connecting iodine deficiency to lymph and risk of cancer.

  • Unrefined salt is important because it contains other minerals. It's not bleached and no chemicals or aluminum are used in manufacturing.

  • the salt was very inportant look at the egytian thye use it to reserve the body

  • Thank you so much!! I can finally heal my fibroid.

  • is iodine the binder to radium

  • That fire is going crazy back there...

  • Brilliant. Thank you for your videos.

  • @TruthInjector i had subclinical hypothyroidism and low testosterone with slightly low vitamin d so I began to supplement with 2-3grams of iodine through kelp and taking 5000ius of vitamin d a day and i feel muccchhh better. I am still going to see an endocrinologist though hopefully my labs come back much better.

  • @TickleMehNancy as you corrected in your message to me 2-3 grams of iodine a day is WAY TOO MUCH you had meant to say 2-3 miligrams which is much safer level to take. 2-3mg is 1 thousandth of 2-3 grams which would very likely destroy the thyroid's ability to make any hormones in just a very short time.

  • I have been taking straight iodine but it seems to make "output" somewhat not pleasant smelling. Does it harm people's bacterial content in their intestines? I have only been taking a drop.

Also, why does everyone keep saying "potassium iodide" instead of iodine? Couldn't people just take iodine with bananas?

Also, is Dostinex cobalt based, and if so, can that be taken with iodine, or might it reduce the effects of tumour shrinkage from the Dostinex? No one seems to know the answers.

  • No iodine in sea salt????

  • I will start on some kelp tablets tomorrow, too many close realtives that have died of cancer for me!

  • @LabRat6619 I started by taking kelp tablets but recently switched to lugol's 5%, just one drop daily and found it superior to kelp tablets.
