@ameloona85 i understand that most of the jobs are held by punjabis but also look at the fact that punjabis are 60 percent of the country and they are the ones who wnat the government jobs and try for the governemnt jobs...there is no restrictions on any pathans to get a job in government, i know many pathans that are serving generals in the army , there have been naval chiefs, and air cheifs that have been pathan... you are allowed to work anywhere u want because it is ur country
