well Ireland votet AGAINST the new contract of lissabon. A second cycle for votation has been initiated. The  second vote for Ireland will be on 2nd of october 2009.

Yes, i was wondering about those numbers aswell. It seems that he just fitted in the numbers 1+3+0 into the equation so it worked out to be those dates, so extapolating a future date from June 9 would be impossible unless the OP is kind enough to respond and show his work.
