Exactly what we're doing here is punishing EVERY small business who can't afford to do LEAD based testing, even though 99.9% of their products couldn't possibly contain lead. How stupid is this? The problem comes 99% from China and cheap toy manufacturing that we've shipped overseas because liberal lawmakers have made it financially imprudent to make toys here. And now, let's not offend the Chinese by "discriminating" against their toys alone... oh no... we have to PUNISH EVERYONE! MORONS!
